★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was meh I have been to better Italian restaurants especially in Vaughan. The place was a ghost town which made it very uncomfortable for a table of 4 to eat at because it was so quiet. The environment itself is very unwelcoming because no one is eating with you. You would think its a start-up restaurant business but from these reviews this restaurant has been here for years. Weird that there is not more people dining in at dinner time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this location several times prior to the pandemic and each time I went I had a decent experience. I decided to order from this location on Uber Eats a week ago. I had ordered a pizza and a penne alla vodka. The pizza arrived cold and to make it worse, my second bite of pasta I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. I was beyond disgusted and could not continue eating. I contacted Uber and they did nothing about it. Truly disappointed as I do not enjoy writing negative reviews but I had a pretty disgusting experience.

It’s only been a couple days since I had a pizza from Vivo, and I’m craving for more. It’s gonna be difficult eating pizza from any other run of the mill pizza places.
The dining room seemed casual, the food here is suited more for a fine dining atmosphere. Aside from that, I hope they don’t change a single thing. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is nice and bright, our server was friendly, the food, portion size and presentation were all good but lacked salt in every dish we ordered. I would not recommend the carbonara it was watery and salt less even the pancetta didn’t have much flavour. It also lacked cheese. The hot oil for pizza was very weak in flavour and heat. I would still return and try other items they just need to add a bit more salt to dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of 3 came after us, got served before us, got their food, they ate their food and left. And we were still waiting for our food. Food came out warm’ish and not as hot as usual. Their customer service is usually good, I guess an off day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely lunch and superb service at this restaurant (a group of retired ladies). I had a Caesar salad and the calamari and shrimp entree. The salad was ok but the calamari were rubbery and had no taste. Dipping sauce was a tomato sauce that did not add anything to the dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our sons Baptism here and could not be happier with how everything worked out. The food was delicious and portions were very generous. All our guests went home very full and super content. The service from the ladies was great and very friendly! Always love coming here and of course excited to have my next event here as well. Thank you for a very enjoyable day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My entire meal was perfect. Had the carbonara - done the authentic and proper way. Best one I've ever had. Finished the meal with an absolutely delicious semifreddo - each layer had its own texture and was lovely. Staff was great as well. Couldn't recommend this place more!
