★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr Pedvis dental office with a toothache and needed a root canal. He did an amazing job, super clean, and highly professional. Compared to my previous experiences, this one is exceptionally better. His staff are also super friendly and professional.

I haven’t been to a dentist in years and they knew exactly what I needed and educated me on the importance of taking care of my teeth. I have already recommended my family and friends there and will be letting everyone know who to trust! Thank you guys for taking care of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my dentist retired so I was searching for a new dentist. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Pedvis and without a doubt I can confidently say he is just phenomenal. Not only is he great but is support staff are also amazing. In particular, the office manager Kim, was so friendly and welcoming I felt extremely comfortable letting her know my issues, needs, and even my finances, as treatment can be expense. There is really no judgement here and this dental practice calms all your anxieties and eases your nerves as I know and I experience myself the dentist to be very unsettling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having only had traumatic experiences at previous dental offices- from childhood until now- I was extremely anxious and hesitant to get the treatment I very much so needed.
However, from the instant that I called to make an appointment till the moment that my treatment was finally finished, I have genuinely never felt more reassured and safe within a dental clinic than with Dr. Pedvis and his team.
Dr. Pedvis was extremely patient, kind, and thorough. Even though I was definitely not the easiest patient, I truly appreciated the fact that he made sure that my treatment was as thorough as possible and he used all methods at his disposal to ensure that I felt the least amount of pain/anxiety as possible.
Every single member of the team was also extremely kind, soothing and empathetic. The synergy of the team was so, so lively and positive that even through my extreme anxiety and fear, I couldn't help but smile at the jokes, anecdotes, and banter.
I truly appreciated how even the team members at front reception came to check in on how I was doing and would just be so wonderful and reassuring throughout everything. I also loved just how modern, clean, and sterile the dental centre was- especially during Covid times!
Thank you to Dr. Pedvis for being so thorough and providing the best care I have genuinely ever received from a dental clinic. Thank you to all the incredible ladies at front reception for being just so warm, welcoming and empathetic, especially when I was opening up about my previous trauma. Thank you to the wonderful dental assistants who comforted me and held my hand as I was crying and shaking.
Thank you to everyone at Mackenzie Dental Centre!! I will 100000000000% be coming here for all my future dental appointments. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new patent of Dr. Lloyd and my first impression of him is that he is very knowledgeable, confident and mindful of your concerns.
I just had a root canal done and it was painless.
I can even say that I did not feel the needle when he put the anesthetic.
It feels great to have a doctor who performs all dental services in his practice and does not send you to a specialist.
Also is great that Dr. Lloyd is reliable and tries to fulfill emergency cases.
I am happy to have found him and very trustful of his care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been putting off getting treatment for so long because of my phobia! I had so many traumatic experiences before but once I stepped in the clinic I felt at ease. The staff there is amazing! Starting with the most heartwarming welcome at the front desk to Dr. Pedvis’s care. On my first visit, I went in for cleaning and Ashley, the hygienist there, was so supportive and understanding of my phobia. She did all her best to make me feel comfortable. Today I went in for a root canal. The best experience ever! It was quick and pain free! Dr. Pedvis and his team are awesome and I can’t thank them enough. If you are reading my review just don’t hesitate make that call and book an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for emergency dental work Christmas Eve and was blown away with the service. Everything from booking my emergency appointment, to coming in and getting my dental work done, went very smoothly and professionally.
The staff here is amazing, friendly and professional. The offices are also very modern, clean and well kept.
Doctor Pedvis preformed the extraction with ease and i was left with minimal bleeding and very little pain or discomfort after. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure and options of implants. He even followed up to check on me later on in the night! Excellent service.
Would highly recommend them and i will be going back!
