I came in today to buy the croc infrared straightener in which they always have & ive always bought my straighteners here at this location because of the staff. As well I got a hair cut, wash, dry & style by Sergio. He is amazing I have not gotten my hair professionally cut in a while and I was BEYOND happy with my hair and my experience. I'm in love with my hair right now. He is now my hair dresser.

I would really say this is the best salon one could ever come to. Recently, i got products for my hair and also got a haircut done. The staff there is really friendly, welcoming and most of it clean and understandable. The place is clean, hygienic with nice environment. I had great customer service experience with the receptionist Alisha, who is so friendly and sweet and also has a very vast knowledge of the products and has a great customer service dealing too as she made sure the products she gave me were actually good for my hair(which they are). I was immensely happy with all the services i got. I would recommend people to this salon for sure☺️

My husband came in to do his hair and one of the stylist was very unprofessional and rude it was an old man. He was very rough and aggressive, very arrogant really bad service. My husband was very disappointed and will not be going to this place because of the rude behavior that old man acted.

They burned my skin so bad and the owner refuses to refund me because it is against her policy she says. She said I could come in for a free eye brow next time and kept on saying only services worth $20. Like I was calling her to get a free service back!!! Ridiculous. She even refused to send me any proof to my email or phone no saying I can use one free service because that is against her policy. Never want to go back

The ONLY reason why I gave a 2 star was because the sales rep was AMAZING and helped me with purchasing a hair product for my daughter!! My experience so far was her great! Until I got to the register….her manager (I am guessing) came over and asked her to charge me $1 for a paper bag to place my purchased item in!!! I NEVER experienced this at any other stores!!! The paper bag ripped after a while and tbh I will NEVER step foot there anymore! I felt like I was scammed! Shame on you for charging your customers to buy a bag to place a purchased item!! Not $,0,10, not even $0,15!!! $1!!!

Trade Secrets Vaughn Mills worst salon in all of Vaughan On April 3rd I had a 9:00 am appointment get get my hair and makeup done for my 60th birthday celebration. I booked this appointment on March 11, with the person who would be doing my hair Michelle. The owner Miriam would be doing my makeup. On March 30th I received a phone call from the owner an makeup artist Mariam to confirm my appointment and to ask me to bring my own foundation, blush and mascara due to Covid. I confirmed my hair appointment and was told it was for 9:00 am. I called on Friday to confirm that my appointments were still as scheduled and they were. Their staff, called me on Saturday morning to confirm my appointment for 9:00. am. Then again in the evening to confirm my sister’s appointment. On the morning or April 3rd my sister and I attended Vaughan Mills at 8:50 am, to ensure that we were on time for our services. We waited and wait. No one showed up. I tried calling the salon 4 times but could not leave messages. Finally at 9:30 am we decided to leave and go home and get ready to ensure that we would be ready to attend my function for 11:30 am. I live 10 minutes away from Vaughan Mills and when I was close to my home, I received a call for Michelle telling me she was ready to do my hair and that I should go back. I was quite upset. She told me she was not informed that my appointment was scheduled at 9:00 am. I don’t understand, because she was the one that took the appointment on March 11th. I was already in my drive way and she told me that if I went back she would do my hair for free. I was very upset and on a time crunch and could not go back. I never received a call back from the owner who was also the makeup artist with an apology or an explanation. I finally called up the salon yesterday, on April 26th to speak to the owner Miriam. She was very defensive and attacked. Telling me I should have not left. She also told me lies. She told me her staff arrived Michelle arrived at 9:20 am and I had already left. THAT IS A LIE. She told me her staff Michelle member called me four times THAT IS A LIE. The owner Miriam was so rude to me. She forgets that customers are her bread and butter and that without customers she would not have a business or a pay check. They ruined a milestone birthday and a special memory in my life. Stay away, they are not trustworthy and do not value customers.
