A	Ann Haniff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my first Rudsak jacket on Nov 17th ! I had called prior after seeing one online to make sure they had my size in stock. I spoke with Brianna who had told me she will put it aside for me. Upon entry I was brought to her and she immediately showed me. she gave me the run down on how to cared for it, what she does with her and all of the helpful tips. She honestly was such a sweetheart and we had so many laughs between it all. Overall its the warmest jacket I have ever owned and i defiantly suggest asking for Brianna and getting one of these because we all know how harsh Canadian weather is!

With no hesitation he was constantly helping us out with grabbing us several different styles and sizes in jackets until we found the right one. We ended up purchasing many items with his help and we are very pleased! Paul treated us with great care and kindness, we are very happy customers of Rudsak today thanks to him!

I was able to locate both sizes at the Vaughan location, and Paul N. was kind enough to put them both on hold for me to try on. When I got there, they were so helpful and friendly. It was back in November 2020 and I was visiting the mall for the first time during the pandemic. I had a lot of anxiety about being indoors but the safety protocols were in place at Rudsak and Paul was so helpful with me to help me choose a proper size that fit and looked the nicest. They never rushed me at all even though I had a hard time deciding between sizes. Paul really went above and beyond with their genuine friendliness and helpfulness. If it wasn't covid I would have definitely given this incredibly lovely soul a hug for making my day by helping me find the jacket I had been hunting down online for months and touching my heart with his utmost generosity of spirit. Thank you, Paul!

Looked too boxy . Ashley went to search for a few others and brought me a jacket that looked great and I loved it ! I appreciate her honesty and I went home with a purchase that I was so happy with ! Thank you Ashley . You are great at serving your clients ! :-)

My gift card was delayed due to which i was unable to get the jacket i have been wanting to get for a long time. But the associates at the Vaughan mills outlets went above and beyond to help me sort out the issue. Thank you so much Raishanna and Breann you guys have been a life saver. You guys definitely need to be at head office!

Turned out we were able to make the trip on the street same day and we met Roshana. She was very friendly and pleasant to speak to. Her customer service was exceptional. I appreciated her service.
S	SJ Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I was buying a Rudsak jacket for the first time, I went to try their sizes, because different brands have different sizing system, and the staff at this particular location were not, at all, welcoming or friendly. It almost seemed like they didn’t want us to try, since they had to unlock each one of the jackets. Anyways, I found out that M would be just fine, and placed an online order (Because the type that I wanted was not in stock at the store). Then, it turned out that, for this particular type, the size runs small and M was too tight for me. So I went to this store to return or exchange it, if they had the same product in larger size. Apparently, I cannot return or exchange something that was purchased online, even if it was purchased at regular full price and not final sale. Online purchases must be sent back in the same way, no matter what, wasting a lot of time in transit. Also, it would be good to keep in mind that Rudsak only gives you 15 days to ship it back, compared to 30 days for other similar brands. Usually, if a brand wants to call itself a “luxury brand”, they have a matching service, but Rudsak doesn’t. I think I’ll stick with CG or N brand.
N	Natalie Halyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could select no stars that’s exactly what I would give Rudsak they don’t deserve even one star. I bought a coat from them that I only wore for maybe 2 months and already the stitching is coming apart the leather is turning green from black the zipper is turning copper from silver. This is not worth the money anyone spends on their products they are 100% not a high end company at all!! I also don’t understand after purchasing my coat from the Vaughan mills location my bill was stamped final sale when there were so many coats like mine in the store I guess they just don’t want to deal with the headache of exchanges and returns because they know their product is so bad so they just cheat people and tell them only after you pay them that it’s final sale. I tried contacting customer service there is no one to talk to so I went through email they answered me only once saying I had to fill out the after sales report which I did and they said someone would get back after 7 business days, it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back from anyone!! Do no trust Rudsak or do not waste your money on their product its all garbage and there is no one to talk to! Honestly your better off on getting a Mackage!!
