I came here on Sunday October 3rd before 4pm to purchase a pair of uggs. I get a goodlife membership discount at softmoc so I shop here a few times. Yes, there service is always slow and you always have to look for an employee. I walked towards the two sales associates and kindly asked the two ladies behind the counter to grab me a new pair as the one on the sale floor looked a bit old. One responded β€œ if we have it”then walked away. I watched her come out from the backroom and walked towards another asian lady that looked nothing like me. At this point I was shaking my head and in complete disappointment. She gave me the pair of uggs without informing me that they don’t have a brand new pair. She just seemed β€œover it” unhappy and miserable. The store was busy and she seemed to be doing most of the work so I completely understand. Management might need to show support to sales associates, the weekend is not a one person’s job especially when a new season just begun. I couldn’t bother to ask for discount because I no longer wanted to spend my money in that store. I went to the uggs store instead, I was greeted and offered assistance immediately. I purchased new classic uggs and only spent less than 10 min in the Uggs store whereas softmoc, you’ll be there for over 30 min of disappointment.

Wish I could give them 0 stars but they did find the slipper I was looking for, just took 50 mins I walked into the store at 330 and didn't get out of there till 420. This store not only have staff that are slow but they don't talk to customers. A customer told me I have better customer service and advice giving then the sales person, the store was a disaster zone. It had dust bunnies and missing tags every where, garbage thrown on the floor which the staff members kept walking past. Myself and 4 other customers were waiting for a long time to even get service. On a Friday night with covid happening you'd think they have the staff to run the sales floor

Went today (09/20/2020) at 1:10pm to the store to buy a shoes for my wife. My wife asked an employee to bring her a pare of shoes in white colour but an employee responded in very rude manner and went to the other detection. Not sure, what’s the name of that employee, she is the young girl, wearing a glasses. When we shared our story with the other employee at check out and asked to call a manager, she responded :” I don’t think that any employee here needs to be retrained, have a good day!” (again in rude manner)and left. That was the East Indian lady (I believe). Spoke to the manager, named Saye, she said that not much they can do. That is the way how these employees are talking to their customers especially to pregnant women causing unnecessary stress.

Although I've never been in this store I already know their customer service is horrible. I bought a pair of shoes from softmoc in kitchener and I needed a different size they told me the only store that has my size is this store. I called all day yesterday and left a message so they could get back to me and I've called all day today with no answer so I went to leave another voice-mail and their mailbox is full. They need to answer the phones and actually get back to people that are willing to spend money in their store.

Slowest service ever. Took a half an hour to exchange a pair of shoes and they have many prices that are not right on the computer, which makes it even longer. In conclusion - not professional stay away.

Bought a pair of shoes. Choose pickup in store option. First off, I thought I could just go in to get them, but turns out they are actually shipped there - which is pretty ridiculous, I could have just ordered them to my house. To compound the problem.... my shoes have been sitting there for two days and still not ready for me to pick them up. Called the store, they said they are still processing 40 orders. What is the point of ordering to store if you have to wait so long to get them? So, hire more staff, it's Christmas, or extend their hours so they can go through backlog. Will process for a refund if I can't get them in the next 24 hrs.

I have been two times at this store. At first, there was a long line in front of the desk and only one female customer representative was helping. When I asked to call more representatives, the girl at the cashier desk responded me very rudely. Second time, I was first in the line and there was nobody at the cashier desk. After some time, the girl came to the desk and started to help another person out of the line. When I reminded her to give service respecting to the line order, she again talked to me very rudely and continued on her own way. I also observed that she was acting rude to other customers when they asked a question. This was my last shopping at this store. I do not really understand how that kind of unprofessional people were employed. There is no respect to the customers there.

Would have loved to purchase a pair of boots here - but there was no one available to help me. Additionally, when I asked someone (small, older looking gentleman, short black hair) if he was able to help me, he mumbled something that did not sound pleasant and walked right past me. Guess I was not worthy of his attention. Last time I will ever set foot in this store.
