I hate GLOBO. Too bad policy for any returning. They make thousands of stories to don't accept returned items. The store manager told me: " I can return your shoes but I Don't!!!" Don't buy anything from them.

If I could give zero star I would, this is not my first visit and each time I enter the store I notice the manager Is always busy chatting with another employee and he’s not paying attention to customers , nor one of the staff that I’ve met does ! me and my daughter walked in to the store no one greet us or asked if we looking for help .

When I tried to return a pair shoes purchased on Dec 26 the person who claimed to be the store manager said that all items purchased during Boxing Week are eligible for store credit only, are you kidding me?? In the end they made me waited for half an hour (I was left totally ignored) and with a poker face the store manager told me that she will do the refund as an one-time only exceptional case, as if they did me a huge favor. My worse shopping experience ever, thanks you GLOBO for your "exceptional" customer service. !! My suggestion to anyone who is reading this review is AVOID them by all means.

Long waiting time in the line. Only one cashier is working. When I asked to call another cashier, she said "you have to wait" even there were other stuff to help.

Terrible customer service. You would think during a pandemic, to avoid contact with people we would be able to call in and hold a pair of boots for pick up. Not the case here. They want everyone to come in and be in contact and waist time looking for what they need. Even when I went into the store to shop around the staff did not once come to see if I needed help. So unfortunate that this is the only location near me. And don't bother calling, they hang up after 3 rings.

My experience was quite poor here today, upon entering the location at 1:35PM The store appeared to be busy and full, it seems that the three reps were too busy all on there phones at the cash registers then to help customers, we did end up leaving as no one helped us. Might be important to educate your reps on the importance of greetings customers, and not being on there phones while at work.. Your business depends on OUR money, and also the hours you employ your staff.

BUYERS BEWARE - FALSE ADVERTISING - BANFF TRAIL BOOTS, NOT WATERPROOF!!!!! IF I COULD HAVE HAD NO STARS, I WOULD HAVE..... This post is not specific to this store per se....but towards GLOBO SHOES in general and their horrific policy! ---- I purchased these very expensive boots that claimed to be waterproof! As you can see from the pictures (couldn't upload images), the boots are practically brand new. I might have worn them on cold days, but not in snowy weather until last week. Last week with our first snowfall, my feet got soaked!!!!! Not a little...A LOT! I contacted Globo Shoes and asked what they will do for me, and because these boots were past the 90 day mark, they said they will not replace or offer anything, other than a β€œdiscount” on my next purchase. Next purchase? You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Why would I drop another $200 for footwear that is faulty? This would never happen with SOREL! DO NOT PURCHASE GLOBO SHOES - They will not stand by their product and you will be left holding onto a pair of shoddy shoes that do not keep your feet dry.

STOP. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. AVOID GLOBO COMPLETELY! Not a store you want to visit. Employees do not wear name tags. Good luck getting their names. Employees and managers behave the same way. Figure out the culture! I had an incident where I was trying on a pair of shoes and the worker (a young lady) wanted to take the shoes to the front counter (was she trying to make sure she gets the commission - What was the motivation?) - even though I was in the process of trying and measuring my feet, etc. I repeatedly asked her to leave the shoes with me, however the shoes were removed without my consent. You could not even have a pair of shoes with you while you were trying to figure things out. I was told to go to the front counter and bring it back to try - I told her that I needed to try again (it did not make any difference to her listening skills at all). You have a better choice - Go to many other stores (competitors) where you know who you are talking to and get treated way better.
