★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, the attitude of some of the staff is really bad, I get they could be tired but is their job to help, even asjing for a pruce they won't help, place is kind of expensive and I would only suggest buying on boxing day or black Friday, but expect no help at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a terrible cancellation or amendment policy. I accidentally added one extra thing in my cart and they refused to amend or cancel my order within a few hours of ordering. They said that I have to receive it and go through the hassle of returning it. I wouldn't recommend it at all because it seems that they have a poor customer service to warehouse operations service. MEC is a safer bet for a smoother customer service experience.

Really good store. A guy whose name is Srosh works there and he is amazing. He was soo kind and helpful. He helped us a lot and gave us lots of information about jackets.
Thank you very much for your nice staffs.
Will go to this store again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them a zero star review. It has been the worst online shopping experience ever. Placed an order on the 19th of November and haven't received it till date (December 8th). Today I received an email saying some of my items were no longer in stock! Like after 20 days they are telling me that the order, which god knows when I will receive, will not be a complete one. On top of that all the Black Friday sales have ended so I will be paying full prices for the missing items from other stores.

I got shipped a duplicate order after thier site glitched while ordering. Double of everything! Now I have to wait 14 business days to receive my $400 refund. This is totally unacceptable. The issue was a glitch on their site. I spoke with one of the online reps immediately ( within minutes) and was told it would be corrected and not shipped. Clearly didn't happen as I was told. The fact that their issues lead to me having to wait up to a month for my $400 to be returned to me is poor business practice to put it politely.
If you can't go to an actual store stay away from this disaster that they claim has "easy returns" and hassel free shopping. I'll NEVER order from them again! Save yourself the headaches and go into a store or shop elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to store on Feb 2nd 2022 evening. What an excellent staff, Sean was very helpful and went beyond explaining the discounts and deals available. Other two staff girls (don't the know names) were great with customer service too, helped to find the correct sizes. Keep up the great work guys!
