Experience was great as expected from the older gentlemen. He is always polite and inviting. Items are priced a bit higher than other retailers however they seem to stock specialties and exclusives. Thanks.

So disappointed with the experience at this store. Don't buy anything here unless totally desperate. Everywhere else in the mall sells on average 35% cheaper. For examples bought a simple Lego classic set thinking it's the most common item that's sold everywhere for the same price point. 10 min later saw at Toys R Us the set was 35% cheaper at Regular price - not on sale. When I went back within the same 30 min to address the price difference, and asked what they could do E.g price match or store credit for the difference the answer repeatedly was "sorry that's the policy". Bottom line: store is a rip off. Everything they have is available everywhere else for cheaper. They capitalize on taking advantage of the customers and provide poor service whose managers act like robots.

I was there on Tuesday and I came across a whole wall of funko pops. I was looking through the shelf only to have the owner flat out say don't go through the pile right in front of my little brother and cousin. First off, the pops were 17.99 each which is almost double the price of a normal pop. I was interested in atleast 8 funkos but because of how rude and blunt the owner was I refused to give him any business. You own a toy store not a museum, as a customer I'm allowed to look at each product and inspect it for flaws. The owner is miserable and has no sense of customer service, could of easily asked if I was looking for anything perticilar. Lazy guy just didn't want me to mess up his shelf, even though I was keeping it organized. I hope this place gets bankrupt.

Horrible Customer Service! I really do not know how this guy stays in business! The store owner Andy is so rude and unhelpful and totally unprofessional. Right in front of me he yelled at his staff member trying to help me. I was appalled to hear he was the manger/owner! I am really not sure how he keeps employees with the way he belittles them right in front of customers! I will never support this behaviour nor will I ever step foot in this store! Absolutely brutal! Andy, word of advise, how about you learn how to treat people with respect! Shame on you! God knows how you treat people behind closed doors!

Lots of toys are on clearance, especially the board games. We picked Mario monopoly for $ 25 which is by far the best price, even better than Amazon and Walmart. Most of the clearance is no refunds. Lot of great plushies are also on sale as well

First of all, the owner thinks he owns a museum and not a toys store. We would go around looking at items and he would respond with a dirty look and "dOnT tOuCh tHeM, pUt tHeM bAcK". I get you don't trust most kids with your products but that doesn't mean you should be stingy right off that bat. Second of all, every thing is way over priced. Most chase funko pops are valued around $20 dollars, but the range of prices he had on his chases were ridiculous and went from $60-$100. Not to mention the price for everything else in that store was twice as expensive as it would be normally. Last of all, he didn't provide the customers with good service. He was rude, grumpy, and did not serve with a smile. The store is not bad and could be a lot more successful if they took a moment and realized what they're doing wrong. If you go shopping here, make sure it's your last resort as I'm fairly sure there are stores out there with better retailing and customer service... that one star is purely out of pity

I honestly think the prices are outrageous and disgusting. I went here last week and they are selling maurice the moose 7 INCH for $30!! Nearly 3x retail. I checked the website again today and you guys have the audacity to raise maurice to $40? I understand the struggles as a small business but this is not acceptable one bit. Do better.

As others have noted, prices in general are high when compared to Toys R Us. Now, it's also not a regular toy store going up against Toys R Us. They sell a lot of old action figures, old Transformers, old stuff from last year, or many years ago like the Star Wars figures. Hence, the price is high because there's some collectors value to it. So be warned, it's not necessarily a place you go to buy something for your young kid, but it can be a place to find hard-to-find stuff that is no longer sold at retail at other places. It almost seems like they get their inventory from Toys R Us when it goes on clearance because some things WERE the things that were on sale at TRU or Walmart. So given the irregular inventory of goods, that's what it seems like. But you should be savvy to know what's reasonable, what's not. for example the star wars figures might be old, but not every character is collectable so you don't want to overpay. Know your stuff if you want to be a good consumer, and be willing to check out places. But like i said, they have some old stuff that might fit your collection, and occasionally they do put some stuff on sale or clearance in which case it's priced to move and a great deal. i always pop in just in case there is such a quiet sale. quiet because it's not advertised. so you do occasionally land a treasure.
