★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is a hidden gem of used clothing for children. I spoke with the owner and he is very friendly. His stock used clothing and toys is in good and clean condition and continually changing. We really need more of these types of stores, especially for children. It is socially responsible to extend the life of children's clothing, as they grow out of them so quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got all shoes and clothes I was looking for at very reasonable prices there and some items were on their weekly promo Which was 20% off at that time! I see that staff continuously buying and merchandising clothing to keep their stock well organized. Definitely recommend this place for affordable kids stuff shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They buy stuff from us for very less price and to top the loss, they offer cash credit at lesser amount or suggest to buy a Store credit at the amount they have decided. All in all its a big loss on already offered price to sell stuff to them. Once Upon a Child is more affordable and a value add when you sell stuffs because their cash credits don't come with additional loss to the sellers. The person at the Cash Counter is rude. They don't have business phones and the cashier is proud enough to say he doesn't need to have one when asked about it.Businesses don't work that way.Basically you can't discuss with him as he is not ready to listen to customer's views and his behavior indicates he doesn't care either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So today I went to their store to check out their business and I was a hundred percent satisfied with their store and the man who work there was amazing with us. I also brought clothes to sell to them and once again I left completely satisfied they took all of my kids things and gave me a reasonable price for them. I recommend that anybody who goes to Once Upon a Child come check out kiddo clothing because they do have way better prices then other children thrift store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming here to buy clothes, toys and books for my son. They’re well priced and good quality and I’ve been very happy with what I’ve found there every time! The store also buys clothes and toys and offers cash or store credit (store credit is worth more) and they also have an online shop if you don’t want to leave your house. Support local and buy secondhand to keep stuff out of landfills!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is overall organized, but the book section could be organized better - maybe by book category? It was hard to navigate through. Went there recently (Apr 14 2022) and they are currently not buying, but in the past I was able to sell for cash or store credit.
