I liked their generosity and hospitality .
And most important thing I got improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ernest Youssef is a very caring, genuine and great Doctor who sincerely cares for his patients and provides the best care with his extensive medical expertise and vast knowledge. He makes every patient feel they are valuable and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Youssef to anyone looking a good physician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst walk in clinic! They are extremely unprofessional and rude. The doctor is not bad however his office staff are horrendous. They have lost my moms report and get upset when you ask about them. They always want you to come in when a report does come in even if the report does not require any special attention. Lastly EVERY time I have called during their business hours, they have not answered. I am a healthcare professional myself and I am around doctors and offices all day, however I have not seen more horrible customer service than I have with this office. I was livid when I found out they misplaced my mothers reports and they got upset because I was frustrated. So many good doctors out there, dont waste your time with an office with poor customer service and where the patients do not come first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at the thistledown medical centre I visited.I was welcomed with friendly staff and they were very helpful. Doctor was very nice and helpful in explaining how to take the medicine prescribed. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with anything during my visit. i waited in line outside to see a doctor, finally they grabbed my health card. There was a random older man yelling outside at the nurse opening the door because the nurse only gave 2/3 of his medications he needed. Everything was very unprofessional. Finally the nurse came out gave me my health card and told me to call the number on the door. I called the number and the doctor had nothing good to say what so ever besides that i may have a fever and that i should go to check for corona. He didn't take the time to go over the medications i was already on and explain to me that it could of been that. I left after here very stressed out and ended up calling a doctor in woodbridge who helped me out, and wasn't upset that he had to help someone out. Never am i coming back here. staff were rude, nor could i hear the nurse at the door either. I recommend not even wasting your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HORRIBLE experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is my 3rd visit and every time it’s something new very rude! The nurse is very very unprofessional no manners. Im assuming because I’m young she thought I would ever entertain an argument with her. I would never this is about my health too important to argue over anything. Waited forever finally paid for my blood test and still had me waiting. Finally got into the waiting room she was talking about me very loudly in the hallway laughing. So I did not want her to give me my needle very nervous Ofcourse never thought people were so unprofessional in the health field. They said there were no other nurses so I went to another facility.
