P	Priyanka Hooda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this clinic for my fertility treatment in 2019. The staff is very supportive, knowledgeable and empathetic here. The doctor did not see me often however nurses were always there to answer my questions and provide me with an update on things, though doctor Migahed reviewed all my reports on a timely basis. The reception staff was very proactive especially Stephanie. Ultrasound team Anju and Saira were amazing. Appointments were mostly on time with no/little wait times and reports were discussed on the same day. Special thanks to nurse Jennifer who was always kind and supportive throughout. Blessed with a healthy Charm Baby!!! God bless y'all :-) :-) Highly recommended

I have neglected some serous health issues for years simply due to horrible comments and dismissal from gynaecologists in the past. I was nervous coming in because of my past experiences that left me in tears. Everyone, from the front receptionist (Tasha) to the doctor’s assistant (Nafisa), to the doctor (Dr. Mohsin) to the ladies doing blood work (Bibi and Raghad) made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. A really special shout out to Nafisa who was so lovely and kept giving me positive words of encouragement telling me I was doing really well. And Dr. Mohsin also :) They were able to find a problem that none of the other doctors in the past had found and I feel like this will be the first step hopefully in my journey of healing. Thank you so much all of you. It’s a terrifying situation for me to be in and you have been so kind.

I was put on medication to help me ovulate and after 4 months of cycle monitoring my husband and I have conceived. I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and I could not have done it without the help of all the staff at Charm. Every single person I have dealt with has been so kind and helpful getting us to where we are. If you are on the fence about seeing a clinic, take this as your sign. You will find the help you need here. Thank you to all the ladies at Charm, for all your kindness the past few months.

My husband and I have been trying for so long and the charm team has been there for me the whole time. This is a very stressful time for us and knowing we have a doctor who cares and nurses who always answer are great. Reception is always so sweet as well.
H	Harish Kulkarni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff must understand that people come from very far places to provide support by accompanying patients and they ask you to wait outside in the car while the whole clinic is empty as you can see in the pictures clicked by me. Not sure if this is being racist or just trying to be rude early in the morning to ruin everybody’s day. Please try to be human and considerate. Staff responds saying people might think why this guy is here: i will certainly understand if there are people in the clinic and respect it but when nobody’s in the clinic , doesn’t make sense. I request staff to be mindful that you wouldn’t want to yell at people , first thing in the morning. For staff at reception: If you can check cameras in past, this is not the first time i am coming, when there were people inside, i did wait outside ( i had my blood work to do as well- 2 weeks ago), to help women have their seat. I’m saying this since you remember me coming to this clinic last time.

They were very welcoming and had lots of patience for me. Made me feel very comfortable and looked after my concerns at all times. I'm very grateful for their help. Would definitely recommend this location for the future.

You all took the time to take care of us and take us step by step during this journey to be able to have another child. You all are very friendly and kind and very understanding. The nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable, they are the go to people for answers and results from blood work/ultrasound/phone calls etc… The entire office works as a big team and are really great. Again thank you to the whole team, including the lab workers and everyone, who made this journey possible for us. Anthony&Rachel
