★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I have ever had. The doctor is RUDE and dismissive. I don't know if it is because I am black and he is Indian. Normally I would not write something like this but the service was soooooo bad. Absolutely zero customer service skills. The ladies at the front desk are "ok". We are all immigrants learn to adapt and treat people as human beings and not as a lower cast. My God! ZERO STARS

Unfortunately I Have Been Using This Medical Office For 5 Years, Only To Find Out That I Am No Longer A " Patient " Of The Doctors There And That My File/Records Are No Longer Existent - When Asking For Further Detail, Receptionist Failed To Provide An Answer. I Have Never Had A Positive Experience At This Facility, It Was Only For Convenience Since Living In The Area. Dr. Gerges, An Absolute Joke..Suggesting Home Remedies Which Only Worsened My Situation Resulting In Me Having To Go Back Immediately. Do Not Recommend, Its Amazing How This Place Is Still Functioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend for ANYBODY. Has horrible patience, client service, and refuses to do anything for the patient. Very backdated. The doctor and both the secretary, are horrendous and don’t give a damn about the patients. Changing my family doctor after years of mistreatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist for Dr Heena (lady doctor) is very rude and has no sense of respect. The Dr herself is good and nice but her staff is just on a high horse. You are working in the medical field, atlest be respectful and don't make it seem like it's a burden when a patient asks a question. She is loud and has no problem making you look like a total fool in front of all other patients waiting. The front desk lady always wears a nurse outfit with a print.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist (Guyanese lady) has no manners, and has the worst attitude towards my mom. She is the reason, I am finding a new family doctor for her. She loses test results, and cannot hold a conversation without being rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: I had the absolute worst experience with the doctor (Dr. Hanna) and the secretary (Guyanese lady). Extremely rude and do not care to talk to their patients. I received a call about an update regarding my blood work and my mom had additional questions regarding my health, and as a doctor, she should be willing to listen and serve her patients. However, she hung up on my mom!! I called back and the secretary told me to go find a new doctor! We are currently in a pandemic and she is telling me to leave and find someone else because they can’t spend a few minutes with a patient. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT recommend their services. Please take care of your health and find someone willing to talk to you because this doctor is unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless , Dr. Hannah and her receptionist. Does not listen to patient completely. Worst rude, yelling screaming lady doctor. Does not help with documentation. Stuck for years, looking for new medical clinic and doctor, who is committed to the profession.
