★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked 3 days with this company, and upon letting them know of the harassment I was dealing with a work, they let ME go, instead of dealing with the issue, like most companies. I felt discriminated based on colour, and since I was new, no excuse was given. Horrible place.

York Aluminum became aware of the concern related to their product. They immediately stepped forward to assist and correct within days. Adam and Kurtis took the time to answer my questions and help me with measurement to finalize my order as well as answer my installation questions.
Andrea returned my calls, sent me pictures as I was organizing a pickup method.
Kurtis took the time to call me back after I made arrangements to pick up my order to remind me of something I may need to bring with me.
Danny loaded my order very carefully and took extra time to protect channels from being damaged in transit.
Then I noticed that one of my trailer tires was low.
Danny new of a portable tire inflator that someone had. He promptly went to get it and was able to inflate my tire so I could be on my way. He refused to take any compensation and stated that he just likes to help people.
Thank you to all for amazing customer service. You truly have an amazing team.
