Our family has used UTS Group in the past to install an automated door for accessibility purposes. We needed another one installed along with a lock system. Leah worked tirelessly to come up with a suitable solution that fit our needs and our budget. Gabriel and Ben came to do the actual install and they were great. They were friendly, professional, reliable and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We would absolutely recommend using UTS Group and will continue to use them in the future. We can’t thank you guys enough for helping us out.

Can't say enough good things about this company. As a new business owner, I am so glad that we chose to work with UTS to set up our security system. Everything is working well, I always get a response from the owner or staff member right away if I need assistance with anything. Definitely worth every penny working with UTS Group. I own a cannabis shop, but I can imagine there are a number of businesse/industries that would benefit from the level of service that UTS provides.

From the moment I sent off my inquiry, Kimberly responded promptly and was very communicative and assisted me in figuring out what would work with my business (TIFTPA). Andre (General Manager) sent over a stellar proposal that was thorough from what the company is about, info about the equipment and the quoted price was absolutely competitive. For what I got, I thought it would be more. They were able to get an installation team in a few days after signing off on the quote and this team comprising Anthony and Ben were beyond accommodating, informative, efficient and fast. They were really friendly and took the time to explain everything that was happening and above all, helped us to use our new security system efficiently and effectively. If we weren't pampered enough by this, we received a visit from Gabe (I believe a manager as well) who checked in on us as they neared the end of the installation to ensure we were happy with everything which we most definitely were! When it was all said and done, our school is now secured thanks UTS Group and I highly recommend them to anyone requiring security needs! UTS group has installed an automatic door operator and an accessible washroom emergency door operating syatem at our small business location. The installation was done by professional technicians and the work quality was high class. They were punctual to be onsite and completed the work quickly. They even provided us great after installation services. They came onsite for a service call more than a year later and did the fix at no cost to us. The technician went above and beyond to make it work. I would definitely recommend UTS group to all of my contacts.

We highly recommend UTS Group. We received top level customer service from the moment we submitted our inquiry all the way to the installation. Kimberly and Anna where quick to respond to our inquiries and were able to help us with any questions we had with the process of getting a new system installed. Andre, the General Manager, was able to attend our office quickly and even provide a quote same day for the services we requested. Andre made sure to explain to us exactly what we needed and didn’t need at our office and went above and beyond for us. He even fixed an issue we were having at our office at no charge. The technicians who came and installed our system, Ben and Alex, were absolutely fantastic as well. Ben and Alex made sure to install our system in a timely manner to ensure it was completed during our business hours. They were quick, efficient and very polite. Ben made sure to show us how to use our new system and all that it could do and was very patience while doing so. We have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Best service Ive received from a contractor. Called UTS Group on Saturday due to my house lock breaking. Techanican Val came within 2 hours and was very professional. He explained the issue and he removed ,provided and installed all new hardware. UTS Group provided me with with quote before sending techanican and price was fair and also was no a dollar more than what was quoted to me. Its hard to find as trustworthy people in this industry. Will definitely recommend/ use UTS Group in the future.

Great company to work with! We just had UTS Group complete the install of our low-profile door closer in our condo. Everyone I had contact with was professional, friendly, responded quickly, were punctual ... everything you'd want in a company working in your home. We recently moved to the condo due to a mobility issue in our family and quickly realized we needed a door opener system. After a bit of research, we found UTS and they had a new low-profile system that was barely noticeable ... not like the big institutional closers you see elsewhere. And it was a plug-in system so we didn't need an electrician which added cost to the installation. I contacted four companies via email and the "Contact Us" buttons on their websites. Having been a homeowner for many years, I have always been surprised how many companies have sites and multiple ways for potential customers to contact them ... but they just never get back to you. Well, this wasn't the case here! Within 24 hours, I had an email saying that they had received my request and Andre (they actually gave a name so it wasn't some auto-responder) would call me in the morning. And he did. Very professional, provided the quote, called back to answer questions, came promptly for the site visit and got everything going. Installation by Valentin was on-time, fast, professional and looks great! The office staff were also very professional. Fast response, concise answers and details about the door system that answered all my questions. Anna arranged all of this, got the appointments booked and the details all set. So ... from our experience ... you can't go wrong with UTS. Pricing that was very competitive with the one other company that got back to me but it was in line from what I had heard from other people who had purchased systems recently in our building. If you're looking for an automatic door operator, UTS Group is strongly recommended!

UTS Group installed a new door/intercom system for our Medical office today, it works flawlessly. The two gentlemen they sent to our office were very pleasant. We were very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge. Both men kept their masks on the whole time, were polite and patient with the individuals coming in and out of our clinic while they were working. Would definitely recommend using this company, I know we will be using them again in the future.
