★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced once... serviced once... in 3 years. Barrel on lock loose .. lock not turning. No response for 3rd request for service. Told by repair guy life time service. Second call csr told me 5 yrs lmt warranty.

Trubilt said that "Rattling glass is not considered a warranty issue". The letter was signed from Vicky Guansante, Service Manager in Jul. 28 2020!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place make great door slabs and glass and supplies them to trubuilt. We have all had some tuff times latley with covid. It is what it is. There back up and running again. Been using them for years 2 great company working together and getting it done. That's what it's all about. Let's all stay safe.
