However, the patio doors and windows now have condensation between the glass panes. This company would not honor their warranty as apparently i need a purchase order number that the contractor has from when they ordered the windows. So dont get fooled by the warranty certificate they provide you. It means nothing, this company doesnt honor warranty and stand by their product. Don't go with them...

I then was contacted by JR personally from Vinyl Guard who should of went directly to the subcontractor instead of me and was informed that he wasn’t releasing my product until the subcontractor paid other orders he had placed there. Even after the subcontractor tried to pay the company for multiple clients products JR would not release my product. Very frustrating, very unprofessional. Although I was annoyed by the whole situation at hand by the subcontractor not having this figured out before it reached me, the subcontractor still came through when he said he would this week and I have my house finished thankfully. Mind you, he had to deal with another company because of Vinyl Guard. I am now satisfied but NEVER will I ever recommend Vinyl Guard to anyone, unless they want a RUN AROUND! Save your money, and go else where!!!!!!

He was extremely helpful and patient through the process. We are extremely happy with the final decision. Looks great!!! Would recommend them to everyone!!
