Customer service representatives don't know their product so the customer suffers in the end.
Would never recommend this company
Ordered anodized aluminum, received raw aluminum because the customer service agent entered the wrong item and was told that it was me who was wrong. Was offered to buy the right materials for 1300 dollars more then I spent and was told that was my only option even though their mistake had ruined my roof.
