Horrible company, I called in to verify an appointment that my builder booked for me - was met with an "WHAT DO YOU WANT" attitude from service. Bottom of the barrel here folks.
The installers are incompetent, a window they installed is completely bowed in, and one window (bay) still has silicon on it that shows up as brown.
Would never recommend, horrible company, horrible service.
Builders will cheap out, I had no choice, but NEWMAR windows is the REAL bottom of the barrel when it comes to staff/product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their windows are very poorly constructed. Unfortunately our builder used this company and we’ve had several problems with our new windows. The worst issue is that 2 of the windows have warped, however their repair persons will not replace the window even though it’s visibly warped!! I can hear traffic outside of one window as if it’s open! There’s already rust on the operator hinges. It’s ridiculous. They’ve returned several times unannounced, and don’t actually fix or address the issues or problems. It took me 2 months and 3 visits, to get one missing screen! Ridiculous. Stay away from this horrendous company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey there working people, this place is weird to work for I was told 1 person was my boss and to only lisson to them, to have 10 other people telling me what to do and set up for failure by all management. You also get verbally abused from anyone in some sort of power. I was trained by a person that was looking for a job while training me telling me not to work there and to find a new job. The second you walk in there there is no team to work with everyone out for them self. Not sure about the product they sell looked ok but cheap as possible to make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ windows was provided by builder .did not even last 4 years. As per customer care warranty only includes gas escaping from glass but not anything else like air leak if u can feel or moisture issues etc. Also customer care takes forever to get back to you.
If u need it checked after u are looking to pay as per hour fees to get issue assessed.
