It 's a smooth installation from start to finish(9 windows & 1 patio door) . Our house has been much warmer after the installation. Huge shout out to Michelle Mortimer, the customer service rep we deal with was cheerful, courteous and always available for us when needed during the whole process. The installation team was knowledgeable, punctuate and did a high quality job during the installation. Michelle 's help with paperwork also really sped up our government Green Home grant claim. We received our grant cheque within 2 months after the installation. Our family strongly recommend Brock Windows to anyone who looks for a credible and trusted com

We used Brock Doors and Windows to install a new Bay Window and two basement windows in our house. The whole process from sales, measurement and installation was great. Very professional. The products are fantastic, the triple glazed windows are amazing, very quiet and the temperature difference is noticeable! Shout out to Bill Kovacs our sales rep who has kept in touch through the whole process, stopping by to make sure everything looked great.

We had Brock replace our front entry door and replace our rear sliding 6 ft wide door with a double French / patio style door. Both front and back doors are incredibly stiff to open. The installer told me they would loosen up. It's being 8 months and my six and nine-year-old daughters struggle to open the doors everyday. The hinge hardware on both doors is black and was supposed to have matching black screws. The screws in the door are a mismatch of chrome and black. Looks like they used whatever they had lying around. After the first month the front door had part of the weather stripping tear off. The back patio door had weather stripping but let through a significant draft. I went to Home Depot and a $5 roll of weather stripping solved the problem that I should not have had in the first place seeing as how we spent $7,000 on this custom Door. Also Brock failed to bring the matching casing trim for both doors. I had spent time with the salesperson selecting the trim and was told they would have it for the day of installation. 8 months later and Brock refuses to come and fix all of these problems until they are paid. I have told Brock on numerous occasions that I am not comfortable paying 90% of the bill until I am at least somewhat happy with the product. I could understand them wanting payment if they were minor outstanding deficiencies however I have front and rear doors we use multiple times daily that my daughter's literally have to body check to get open. Now Brock is threatening to send our invoice to collections because I am refusing to pay. It does not make sense for me to pay for product that is a struggle to use daily.

Windows and doors came from Northstar company. I regret that I decided to let Brock Doors and Windows to install 3 windows and 1 patio door in my house. If I knew what kind of quality and service I would be getting, I would definitely go with another vendor even for a higher cost. And, I must say that Brock Doors and Windows charged a good amount of money for their windows and installation. The work they did was of poor quality let alone the windows they supplied. After the installation, we found that our wall siding was damaged and the caulking was not applied uniformly between the frames and the wall siding. Just 3 weeks after using the 2 windows they installed in our bedroom, both windows cannot be closed now. I wonder how these windows will last us for the next 10 years. It is extremely hard to get hold of anyone in this company as they are either not responding or trying to forward your call to another department where you will end up leaving your message in a voicemail box. On the other side of my house, I had an independent contractor to install my windows. Those windows open and close like new even though they were installed 2 years ago. I hope that whoever reads will not fall victim to this company's marketing and sales tactics. I will upload my pictures later.

I've used Brock on 3 occasions for the replacement of my doors and windows. Their large showroom makes it so much easier to visualize what the product will look like in your home. The sales people are very helpful and are not pushy. The installation teams are very professional and do a great job. We are very happy with the look and quality of our doors and windows.

Sales: Professional and helpful. Product: Northstar windows seem to be of good quality. Installation: Poor and rushed resulting in property damage: - Dragged windows along our back patio and front walkway damaging the pavers which now require repair or replacement - Damage to our front door - Damage to a pillar out front - Damage in several spots to a concrete step at the back door - Damage to an interior wall - Improper installation of the patio door lock - Screws improperly installed in the window frames - and others Brock Doors and Windows installed our windows and a patio door on March 30th, 2022. As of today, May 11th, 2022, they have not responded to our multiple requests for a plan and timeline to resolve these issues. Brock is aware of and has acknowledged all of the issues, they have pictures of all damages, their salesperson visited to inspect as did a supervisor. Frustratingly, after a month of asking and waiting Brock still has not communicated a plan with a timeline to fix the problems. We understand Brock is probably busy and we respect that - all we have asked for is a plan - that someone simply respond indicating they’re going to fix this, how and by when. One email with those details was all Brock had to do. Unfortunately, Brock's actions after the installation have demonstrated that their priority is the sale, not customer service. So, buyer beware - if you’re considering new windows or doors our recommendation would be to avoid Brock Doors and Windows because should anything go wrong after the sale, our experience would indicate that you will have a very difficult time getting those issues resolved. To the potential buyers who might dismiss a negative review figuring people who write reviews only do so when things go wrong - we actually don't write many reviews and of the few we have, this is the only negative one. We've actually been holding off on writing this review in the hope that Brock would communicate a plan to us but we figure that over a month of waiting is long enough. A note to Brock Doors and Windows - should you see this review and care to respond, please note that acknowledging the situation, apologizing, and saying you’ll fix it has already been done. What we'd appreciate is an actual plan and a timeframe to fix the issues you caused. UPDATE May 30th, 2022. Brock responded to this review indicating that they apologize for the difficulties and that their Leadership team would be connecting with me to discuss a plan of action and timeline for resolution. That was the week of May 16. May 18th we heard from the Leadership Team. They indicated they'd send us a date to have the issues addressed by the 20th of May. We heard nothing by the 20th. We followed up with them the week of May 23rd. No response. To date, May 30th, Brock Doors and Windows continues to apologize, states that customer service matters to them, but still has done nothing further to fix the issues. It is now 2 months since the windows were installed. UPDATE May 30th, 2022. Brock has responded today with a plan and timeframe to fix the issues. I will update this review when the issues are resolved.

I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who did the actual installation of the door but he went above and beyond...we couldn't be more impressed with his work. Because we live in an older home he faced many challenges with the installation but he dealt with them and the end result is magnificent!!! Took eight months to get the door installed from order time to install, granted this was during Covid so I will give them the benefit of doubt.

Ordered August 2021. Still waiting (May 2022) for them to complete work. No one responds to emails. Sales person was great... everyone else has been a major disappointment. 2/3 of my items were installed. The house was left messy, no shoe covers worn, no matts put down, there were markings on the walls, caulking looked like a child did it, they used outdoor caulking indoors which caused our house to smell toxic until it was repaired, overall very poor quality that was fixed eventually. Still waiting for the final item to be installed, product has been in their warehouse for 5 months and keep being told it is being scheduled... 5 months later....and was recently told that other we are being pushed because higher priority orders are coming in. Don't spend your money here. Photos show "quality" of the first attempt at installation. A window was also broken by their team and they are yet to replace it. After the initial poor experience, they were quick to make these repairs and I was feeling hopeful, but 4 month later still waiting for an update despite numerous calls and emails over the past 30+ days. No impressed. Frustrated. Disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere.
