Inline Fiberglass Windows & Doors

Inline Fiberglass ! My husband and I found Inline online when we began our home building journey and figured we may as well head to their show room and check things out. From the moment we arrived their staff was positive, pleasant, and extremely helpful. We worked closely with Thomas, who went above and beyond to help us design and thoroughly go through all aspects and options for our windows & doors, no detail was spared and we really appreciated the advice. Even once our windows and doors were ordered (they actually arrived ahead of schedule which is always a bonus) Thomas and the entire team at Inline were ALWAYS available and easily reachable if we had any questions. We are so obsessed with our windows and doors and highly recommend Inline fiberglass to all our family & friends!!

Windows were ready two months ahead of schedule! Wow! installation was insanely fast and easy. Brick moulds with flange make a clean, tight fit to the sheathing and siding. Totally worth it. Windows were square and felt very sturdy during installation. Mechanical function and seals feel and look tight and reliable. Really happy with my purchase on these custom windows for our new home. Went with black exterior which is gonna look real sharp with the eastern cedar siding. Worth every penny IMHO. We also dealt exclusively with someone named Thomas who was very knowledgeable and professional. Email and phone correspondence was prompt and straightforward. Big thanks to Thomas and the guys in the warehouse.

We have recently had a new patio door supplied and installed by Inline and the experience was great from start to finish. The product looks great and we had the blinds added in between the glass, it looks and works great and really opens up that area not having external blinds. I didn’t know what to expect with the install but it was easy and seamless, the install team were knowledgeable and very clean. Thanks to all at Inline and we will be replacing our windows next and will be using Inline again for this.

Very professional window and patio door makers and it's visible in the quality of windows/door manufactured, the frame quality the glass quality and their installers were excellent. Viren assisted me with the selection process and answered a lot of questions and concerns I had. Their installers were also awesome and they only used high quality products to insulate the windows. Overall, I have no complains and would recommend them for Fibreglass windows installation. I have had the windows for 3 months now and One of the rooms that was always hot (even with AC ON) because it was Sun facing is now very pleasant to sit in even without AC. Temprature across the house is very even and does not fluctuate from room to room which was the case with my okd windows, never knew windows can help with house comfort too. Totally worth it. (30 windows were replaced in my house)

I found the whole process daunting. After sifting through the competition we finally committed to In-line Fibreglass Windows. I felt at ease with the representative (Thomas Hong). He took the time to demonstrate the different features of the windows and gave me a comprehensive tour of the production facility. I did obtain 10 quotes from various competitors and the pricing of my 23 window project varied greatly. In-line was in the upper middle range of pricing which I felt comfortable with. Each company promised that their windows are the best, when reviewing the current government incentives I found the performance ratings of the windows and many of the window sales representatives would over promise and under deliver when the ratings were fact-checked on NRCan website. Please do your homework! The installation team took 3 days to complete. The installation took place at the end of November. It was a cold and windy week (below freezing) when the windows were installed. As such I had to keep the heat (furnace on) which did blow the dust around my house quite a bit. The installation crew did their best despite the unfavourable conditions. I received the “blue carpet” treatment (the floor protector they laid down on my floors was blue) and they tidied and vacuumed the work areas at the end of each day. It was a disruptive three days but considering the scope of the work I am pleased how things turned out. I waited until we endured a significant period of cold weather before I wrote this review to provide me an opportunity to evaluate the performance of the windows. I did install triple glazed low-e windows so comparing them to the builder grade No-e glass is like comparing apple to oranges. I can attest that my home is much warmer and healthier. I now can maintain a high level of humidity (40-45%) in the house without getting condensation on the windows even at -23 degrees. With the builders grade windows I could not get rid of the condensation even with the humidifier turned off. The condensation led to mold and mildew buildup around the window frames which occurred with the builders windows. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome and am glad that we chose In-line Fibreglass windows and doors for the window replacement.

My wife and I have had the absolute pleasure of working with the people at Inline to replace our windows. The staff know their business. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Every step of process was easy. The installation was seamless with Mike, Tony and the crew paying great attention to detail and ensuring the windows were installed just right. Then even noticed a deficiency with our front door and fixed it while they were here. The windows themselves are stunning. We have already noticed a decrease in road noise inside the house and several neighbours have already commented on how great they look. Extremely great value for the money. If you are in the market for new or replacement windows I highly recommend giving them a call and have a chat at the very least. Completely satisfied! Thank you Inline!

If possible I would give 0 stars. All of the windows failed in under 10 years of being installed, which is alarming considering the lifetime warrantee I was promised. The fiberglass windows are marketed as a premium product and as such we paid a premium for them. They have been an absolute waste of money. When exposed to the sun the fiberglass frame expands and puts pressure on the glass insert. Also we were promised that the fiberglass would never fade, which was an lie and after a few years our brown windows were all splotchy and faded. In the photos below you the windows look light grey. They are not dirty, all of the pigment completely faded. The windows when installed were a dark brown, almost black colour. Inline Fiberglass was very quick and easy to deal with when it came to purchase the windows. Warranty claims on the other hand have been an absolute nightmare. They are completely unresponsive. It took months for them to come out the first time to replace the glass in the windows and paint the frames (their solution for all the fading we were assured would never happen). They would not send a representative to I am currently trying to get someone to come and replace the failed glass. I reached out in September 2021. I have written dozens of emails and left several voicemails and only after constant pestering would receive a response 'I have reached out to my team and will let you know shortly'. It is March 2022 and I do not even have a date or any confirmation for when they will be coming. It should not be my full time job to keep following up with your company to resolve issues that are a result of your poorly performing product. The claim on their website that they have 'high-performance' windows is absolutely misleading. The only quasi high performance component is the glass insert. The frames are substandard at best and do not compare to actual high-performance thermally broken frames available from other companies.

From start to finish, Inline Fiberglass was a pleasure to deal with. Larry reassured me from the beginning that everything would go smoothly and it came out better than my wildest dreams. Mike and Tony and their installation team took their time and went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier. Not only does it look like nothing ever happened, it looks 10x better from the inside and out. I no longer hear the cars on my street and my new kitchen window is so large I see everything! Thank you so much for all your hard work and getting me new windows before it was scheduled in January!
