Where to begin. Received a bunch of custom doors, couple slightly damaged, paid extra for handle holes to be same height being these were all different heights, for s door company they should know where to drill the holes, every door was off and I had to hitch it out a bit bigger to fit my weiser handles, and some errors on arrival so I called in. Customer service argued with me until I had enough and asked for the owner, wow this guy is next level brutal. The way he spoke to me on the phone is no way to speak to anyone, let alone a client who just spent a few thousand and had some simple questions and concerns for the quality of a couple doors. He did nothing for me, basically told me I don’t know what I am talking about…some choice words were exchanged as well….super shocked this guy owns/runs a company. I will never buy or recommend this establishment to anyone. I deal with a few other trim and doors suppliers and have never come scores someone like this….the way he spoke to me isn’t the way he would have spoken to me in person, I know that….use these guys at your own risk….only thing that was good about them was the turn around time.

The order delivery was messed up. Received the wrong colored door hardware. Had to drive back to the store to pick up the correct hardware and within 2 months, most of the door hardware is having problems. Door knobs don't stay upright, get stuck way too frequently. Doors are fine, but the door hardware not so much. Bad experience with the product/service overall!!

My wife and I walked into the showroom looking to purchase doors and trim for our basement renovation. I was working on a large renovation project for my home when I came across this company. I needed custom curved trims to match the casing I had selected for my project. I found their company on google and decided to give them a call. I was helped by both Diana and Phil. I was very surprised with the politeness and extremely high level of customer service I received from them over the phone. They answered all my questions and were very diligent in making sure I got all the information I need and understood everything I wanted to know. Having worked in customer service and retail the experience was unbelievable. I was used to people trying to get you off the phone and not giving you all the information as they usually were trying to get you into their store. This was not that case with Trim Carpenter Supply. I was extremely satisfied with all the information that was provided to me over the phone that I decided to go to store the next day. I explained I had spoken to someone and was immediately handed over to Ricardo that took my order. Ricardo collected my information for the order, drew up some paperwork and provided me with some samples that I could match with my existing trim to ensure the custom trim would match before they begin manufacturing. My order had a few unique requests but Ricardo followed up with their supplier and got back to me promptly with the information I needed to confirm my order. It has been a pleasure dealing with the staff at Trim Carpenter Supply. Keep up the great work. If you are looking for anything in their company’s domain, I highly recommend you check them out. Their prices are also very reasonable and on the lower side based on any of the comparisons I’ve done my self.
