United is fabulous to work with! I have been working with all of the branches for a couple years now and they are always efficiently reliable and a pleasure to communicate with. They handle rentals requests right away which is so great and if I ever run into issues they are always there to assist me and our installers right away. I definitely recommend to use them! :)

This review is way overdue. I have been using United Rentals for the past 3 years for all my boom/lift equipment. This specific branch, however I have used them most due to the sizes of my projects, which required booms over 80’. The following reasons why I only give my business to them: 1. Price. It’s always about the money, the best bang for the buck, so far I haven’t been able to find another company with such a competitive pricing. 2. Availability. Equipment is always ready to be delivered the next day, and delivery times can be arranged 3. Professionalism. Every branch I deal with has incredible staff. The Etobicoke aerial location, however, has me sold on the best service each time I place my orders. 4. Integrity and Humanity. From personal experience, I ran into a trouble on my last job. Any other business, especially in these uncertain times, would likely tell me “too bad so sad”. I ordered the wrong boom. Fortunately for me, I had an opportunity of one of the Supervisors/Manager Buddy looking after me. He was understanding and fair, kind and professional, he worked closely to help me find solution. I was back to work in no time, but what was more important, Buddy represents a business, and this business values their customers. They took my loyalty into consideration, and the solution provided was beyond my expectation. For this reason alone I will continue to use United Rentals exclusively for all my future projects. They made sure of that. I am extremely grateful to Buddy and the team for being human beings and understanding what business is about. Every point above is an intricate link to success of this company and my continuing loyalty. Their service always exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend these guys for your next project.

Jackie was amazing to work with, she was incredibly accommodating and ensured she was able to meet our very tight schedule for the lift delivery. Strongly recommend working with the branch, customer service is a key priority here.

Cathy DE Simone answered my phone call..I was inquiring about a piece of equipment that unfortunately was not something they carried here in Canada for rental..Yet she still went above and beyond..She asked if she could call me back to look into it further...although it was not the outcome we hoped for..I would recommend to anyone..and I work in an industry that rents equipment which united rentals does carry..I will always recommend United Rentals..going above and beyond for something as Cathy did.. even if your not able to accommodate..helps your company stand out...10 stars for her..amazing customer service..we do not see that often anymore sadly..
