As well as do not make sure rules for residential or rental property while preparing documents. He did wrong thing preparing my house documents, which put me in trouble dealing with property issue.

Mr. Ramesh Patel was honest, truthful and helpful. the team conducted themselves in a professional manner, I recommend anyone getting documents notarized or seeking legal counsel to this law firm for peace of mind, the fees were reasonable but the quality of the service was priceless!

He signed all documents and did Land transfer on closing date. He issued me a statement that he has received full payment on closing date. That was not the case. Buyer paid after 10 days of closing date. I lost an opportunity of buyer default and higher Market price. Means he didn't worked for me, he worked for his money.

After discussions he ended up charging $1800 wich is more than what Mr. Ramesh himself agreed on. He was agreed on $1000. I have call recording for that. But he charged $800 more. I wouldn't not suggest because of unfairly and unfaithful taken my $800. For him $800 is not huge amount but for me, It was. Please avoid him.

Even though we provided all the supporting documents and were on top of everything. When we demanded clarification and proof , he sent us to banks to pay for damages incurred. Didn't take a slight responsibility for his actions. There should be a complaint against him in law society. Never going back to him again.
