β β β β β I have waited over TWO WEEKKSβ¦ to have a simple service in me hometown of Guelph.. drove a few hours away to the WONDERFUL shop of BICYCLE DEPOT in Toronto that serviced, replaced, and gave TLC to my bike within an hour. BING BANG BOOM!!! Amazing service, within waiting time. You guys rockβ!!! Will drive from far away for your sick service again !!!! Woo!!!!!

β β β β β Rick & Rob helped me build up a new mountain bike. Gave me the benefit of their years of experience and was able to source me what I needed to get my bike to where I want it.
I am now on my first road bike and I've come in for help and advice. I came out with a bike that was adjusted to fit me so much better.

β β β β β I took my 20 year old seriously in need of help bike I thought it would cost a fortune to fix into the shop.
Not only did it not cost much at all but they went above and beyond to make sure that I road away in what now feels like a brand new bike. I strongly recommend this bike shop and it's amazing staff to every person who owns a bicycle. I will never go to any other bike shop ever again. Thank you very much.

β β β β β Absolutely blown away by the service. They whipped 4 of my familyβs bikes into shape and helped me put it on my car. Provided advice on getting a new bike rack. Just an excellent experience! Keep up the good work guys! I will return here every year for my summer tune ups!

β β β β β A1+ sales and service. I caught the cycling bug a decade or so ago and this shop was the only one that asked the right questions, they were honest, and made prices competitive for me. I had my eyes set on a hybrid and this store had the best price in the city. Rick and Rob asked the right questionsβ¦what are you going to use the bike for? What kind of riding do you do? Most shops rarely ask this question and on top of that the brothers recommended another hybrid that was cheaper. Long story short I ended up going for the one I wanted but as months went by, I immediately ended up upgrading months. I would visit the store for knowledge and these guys answered all my questions and even showed me a thing or two about bike builds. This store is a hidden gem in Toronto and I wish Rick and Rob all the best!

β β β β β I strongly recommend this bike shop, it is my favorite in the GTA. The owners are very nice people who always provide excellent customer service. They have helped me diagnose and fix multiple issues with my bike over the years. They carried out the repairs at reasonable prices and returned my bike quickly. I have always been very satisfied with my experiences at this shop.
