J	J L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into store looking for a women's hybrid bike and saw a similar review like mine. I wanted to be measured as I didn't know my frame size. Secondly, I wanted to ride the bike as I wanted to make sure the bike was comfortable. The guy I spoke to just guessed my size and I wasn't allowed to ride the bike. This is ridiculous. I have a friend that bought her Giant bike at the downtown TO location and she was allowed to ride it around before purchasing. I will look elsewhere

Feel like I got a great deal on my first relatively expensive bike (Giant Revolt 2) and I've also learned a lot about bike-packing, indoor cycle trainers, helmets, gravel vs road vs mountain vs racing bikes, maintenance, and more. Marco and Hans were informative and patient helping us to understand exactly what bike to buy and why. Their personal experience and advice was genuine and not salesy (in the bad sense) at all.

They are efficient and friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. While making sales are good, they aren’t pushy which I like! Kudos team!

One of the younger sales insist the bike we’re choosing was too small and keep saying a size that my girlfriend is having trouble to get on and off is correct and we’re lying about her height. In the mean time he kept bragging that he’s a professional rider that he’s not wrong and answered all our questions without any emotions and further suggestions. While we fed up with zero assist, no testing allowed even in the store and rejected to check inventory city wide, he arrogantly said he’s not trying to sell a bike to us. We got so mad and went for the other older associate who was super patient and informative. Overall the experience was day and night difference with 2 different sales.

Hassan was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. After speaking with Hassan, I felt very comfortable I had made the right choice. I am very satisfied with the purchases I made. I plan to go back to Giant Vaughan for all my cycling needs. I would highly recommend them.

They were able to solve the issues on the spot, answered all my questions, and provided professional maintenance recommendations. I highly recommend this store.
K	Katie Vuylsteke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot say enough about Giant Vaughan!!! I was visiting Ontario from Vancouver, where road bikes have been sold out for almost two years. As I was only in town for about a week, I needed to purchase a road bike and then ship it back to Vancouver with me on my flight in order to begin triathlon training. The store had 100+ bikes that needed to be put together that had been already purchased, and with a 10+ day estimated wait time there was no way that I would be able to leave with a bike. Not only did they make it happen, but they supported me in having to take the bike apart in order to get it on a flight. Hassan went above and beyond and I would shop here time and time again for a bike! Hands down, 5 stars!
