β β β β β unreasonable 20k ebikes and other ebikesοΌcheapest one I looked was around 3k. if you take a diamond decoration as a bikeοΌthenοΌyou could go here and throw all your money in for a 20k luxury metal-assembled decoration structure that can not even run without pedalingοΌIts impractical

β β β β β The workers are so cold and they are like being unhappy there moreover before i left my bike there, the mechanic told me that we will call you to pick it up but no one had called even it was ready and also couldn't fixed the problem exactly. I don't recommend guys. Don't go there .

β β β β β Very happy with my purchase of the Giant Defy Advanced 1 road bike at this Bike Depot location. I was very excited to hear I got the last one in stock as there has been a massive shortage in the GTA due to the pandemic. I noticed my rear derailleur was not switching gears properly after riding for a few weeks. Emailed and received amazing assistance from Ray and John! Took my bike in and was fixed promptly after. Bike is riding like a DREAM! Thank you guys - this is the BEST BIKE SHOP IN THE GTA!
Edit: I noticed there was a fray with the rear derailleur cable when they gave my bike back, they assured me it was normal... a few months pass by and low and behold - the cable frayed and snapped halfway. tried contacting them, no reply - just my luck, oh well. good luck bike depot thornhill.

β β β β β Beware and make sure how much the final price will be including everything such as labor fee, tax, and etc. before the deal. It would be best if you write it down on the paper and make an agreement. Otherwise you might get shocked when they charge you.

β β β β β WORST. SERVICE. EVER. I bought a bike from there, a 2020 Stumpjumper and they would not honor their 3 year tune-up service package. After some discussion where a staff member was yelling at me while I was speaking calmly the owner threatened to call the police. I couldn't believe it.
I highly recommend going anywhere else. A minor tune-up service fee cost them a lot more in the long run. I won't be buying anything else from there like a helmet or pedals or grips or tires or tools or other consumable. I like to support local business but I'll never support this place.

β β β β β I went to fix two flat tires, the guy charged me double labor ($20) for each tire, I was going to buy a $500 pair of shoes and decided not to buy them for this. I went last year to Wheels of Oakville and the guy only charged me for the tubes and fixed for free the tire after I bought $200 shoes. That is a really bad business strategy, I will not return to Bike Depot, I prefer to drive the long way to Oakville but leave my money with people that give a better customer service.
By the way, despite of wanting to buy the shoes the guy was going to charge me $150 plus for a fit test, the guy at wheels of Oakville would do that for free if I bought the shoes. Business strategy!

I fk up my right arm crank .. i called many places to get an quote to get it fixed but no one gave me right suggestion or a quote.. then finally called these people and over the phone they gave me a reasonable estimate out of which i went to the store with my bike .. over there the guy who look like middle east celebrity #Sul .. he told me that i have to change the whole crank set i sh@t in my pants i thought its gonna cost me around $200-300
But they fixed everything in $80 and also fixed the things which i did not asked for. These guys are awesome very loyal and friendly service.

β β β β β Called in to get a quote to set up tubeless for 1 wheel. Everything was set up already and I just need an air compressor to get it seated. They quoted 25$. I showed up not even 15 min later and they jacked the price to 35$
For what? To use the compressor. Almost every bike shop offers to pump up your tire for free.
Wheel is taped. Valve is installed tire is on. I just need an compressor to get it seated. But yea. Jacking prices up for what?
Spoke o motion charges 50$ to set up tubeless from scratch including valve and tape per wheel.
Why is it 35$ to use compressor.
