I brought my bike in on May 16th. There were a lot of people there in front but nobody was wearing a mask or distancing. Judging from the crowd and amount of bikes left at her place, I'd say she was becoming pretty popular in the area. I mean, that's why I chose to bring my bike to her, right? I was told that my bike would be ready in one and a half weeks, by May 26th. I kept in touch and kept asking is it ready. To make a long story short, she has bit off more than she could chew, had a backlog of bikes sitting in her garage, her voicemail asked people NOT to bring in their bikes before the backlog was cleared up, which would have bee on June 4. She definitely told me that it was guaranteed to be ready by June 4. reopening. Well, today is June 5 and I simply went to get my bike back, regardless, dead or alive, it's coming with me. Needless to say, excuses galore when I got there. But,, here is what I want to WARN people about. Since she stores most of her bikes in her garage, my bike had started to rust in areas that never had rust before. Since her place is not like a real bike shop, not temperature controlled storage, your $$ bike is exposed to the elements. if you have a cheap bike then that may be ok since it won't matter to you. It is now in worse shape than before I brought it in and I am now heading off to a pro bike shop. I can't comment on her skills as a bike mechanic but judging from other feedback, people seem to be satisfied. I am sure I will get a response to my review with another excuse, not interested, good luck to you. If you think you are going to save money by coming here, then be prepared to deal with an unprofessional and be lied to constantly, otherwise, CHOOSE WISELY! ............ In response to your response, this isn't a forum to debate the subject. I am amazed in the time, energy and effort that you have taken to respond to my review you could have easily told me a week ago of the delay. I could have then chosen my option, either to wait or to retrieve my bike. Instead, like extracting teeth, after texting you on May 27, you responded on May 29 with "almost cleared up", texted you again on May 29 asking you for a time estimate, you replied May 31 that "your bike will be done for sure before we reopen" on June 4. Well, Saturday June 5 was the final straw and I came to pick it and take it to a bike shop regardless because this will cost me 5 weeks out of a short cycling season to begin with. You said it wasn't ready and I replied tersely that yes it is. What? talk down to you explaining that your unprofessional behavior was unacceptable for a business. Really? Live with it. You triggered it, not me. The cycling season is short and it is in your best interest to keep customers happy while working expeditiously meeting your commitments. Once again, this is not a comment on your skills as a bike mechanic but rather as a business professional. I know you have bills to pay like everyone else during this pandemic but please, no more excuses or debates, judge yourself accordingly. Good luck.

Took 2 bikes in for minor repairs. After 3 weeks I still do not have my bikes and have no idea when I might see them. Originally it was to be ABOUT a week. Minor repairs proved to be much more. Just needed more communication as to status of repairs.

After assessment of the repair she went ahead and did extra work on it without consulting me first. Knowing that I did not Want to spend more than what we had discussed. Not giving me the option to refuse. It's not for the money even though in my eyes that bike was not worth it,it was not calling me and giving me the option assuming I had to pay if she did the work. Not very professional and will not go back again.

Danielle saved my bike and my time by her amazing job, and fixed a problem of my bike that many other bike shops couldn’t. 100% recommended.

My bike crank arm’s thread is damaged and the pedal fall off due to poor installation from Giant dealer. Danielle spend a lot of time to salvage a right size bike crank arm from her friends, and spray paint it to match my bike color. Now it looks almost new. BTW, she didn’t charge me for spray painting. Excellent service!

Called Daniella, brought the BMX bike to her and half an hour later I walked away with a fixed bike as a happy customer. She was very good with what she was doing at a very reasonable price, and she also taught me quite a few things about how not to break the bike and what needed to be done. Very pleasant experience with her today and will definitely see her again if I need to fix another bike.
