In and out - great customer service and a really nice bike shop, lots of stock, quality products!

The lady there was extremely patient and helpful grabbing all the products from above but when asked about a particular question, the (male) mechanic intervened and was bizarrely rude. Good thing I was only there for accessories. Now that I know, I wouldn't go back to get their bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually try to support local bike shops even though online retailers may have lower pricing. I think paying msrp at a local business is fair if it helps support the local community and if the people that run the business are nice. Unfortunately, I had discovered after a recent purchase that I paid substantially above msrp. My fault for not checking before visiting the store but my trust in them is now eroded. It’s really a shame because the previous owners worked hard to create a good reputation and relationships with their customers but I fear that has all but disappeared. I never had to think about whether Brian or Kayla were gouging me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here will lie to your face after you've heard the conversation they just had in front of you. They do not treat customers equally. Ownership has changed so all previous experiences mean nothing now. What a shame a local bike shop has gone down the drain. Evo bikes on Yonge would serve you better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. my stationary bike's pedal's thread was damaged and called their store. the lady answered asked me to bring the bike but I took it, with in an hour they were able to fix it and saved me lots of money too. will highly recommend.
