★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at CBI Health. My physiotherapist, Alisha, helped me understand how some of my pains are related and how to alleviate them. Alyssa and Marcie taught me a series of mobility, stretching, and muscle strengthening exercises that can be easily done at home. In the last session, Sam gave me a refresher of all the exercises that I had learned. Simona and Erika have been very responsive and helpful in answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and submitting claims to my insurance. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with my experience at CBI Health ! Alisha was incredibly helpful and taught me a lot of ways to manage/decrease my symptoms. We went through a lot of treatment methods that in combination helped me improve significantly. My treatment here left me feeling more and more confident that I was well on my way to recovery with each appointment. I was constantly kept updated on my progress, and all of my questions were answered completely and honestly. Another team member Marcie also helped keep my workouts fun while challenging me. I highly recommend coming here to get treated. All of the staff were wonderful and kind. It’s a very welcoming and safe environment. Thank you Alisha for all your help, and thank you to Marcie as well ! Additional thanks to Shane, Brandon, and Alyssa who all helped me at some point in my treatment. If you value excellent patient care, get treated at CBI Health. I could not have asked for a better experience !

With my current injury, I can’t express how thankful I am to have gone to CBI Health Richmond Hill Bayview for rehabilitation! From Erika being so pleasant to deal with in her empathetic ways to work around my schedule to ensure my needs were always met, to the knowledgeable team of Brandon and Samantha working so well together with a very encouraging spirit. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of any form of rehabilitation! Brandon and Samantha’s attention to detail and diligent work ethic helped my injury immediately! Erika, Samantha and Brandon always went above and beyond what was required of them. Words cannot express how much they all have helped me along the way, not only physically but emotionally as well! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff! They truly helped me recover from my neck and shoulder injuries from my accident. My physiotherapist Alisha was amazing, friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Her recommendations and treatments have rehabilitated me and allowed me to continue my everyday activities. Many of the Kinesiologists have also been very encouraging and helpful by providing me with the tools necessary to perform stretches and exercises to regain my muscle strength. Overall, amazing people that have truly helped me recover.
