★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Spent $500 on gym equipment including weights, dumbbells and a bench. Wanted to return my pay bench for an inclining bench and the manager/owner wouldn’t accept to exchange it!!! Beware of this location . Overpriced and below standard service. Seems pretty common theme in Richmond hill because they think money grows on trees. I hope the business goes bankrupt!

They care about the customer and guide professionally. Ian is very knowledgeable and helpful. Want to thank you and your store for the great service! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great store to get skiing equipment, softball equipments and ice skates ..etc if you are not too picky. The prices are great. if you want figure skates and esp for boys big chance you don't find any here. They also buy off used items only they think they can sell them off. I think it was fair. The person that works there is very friendly and helpful. Another tip, call ahead and check if they have the items that you look for before heading up there, for me it saves time as location is a bit far for me. I recommend this store
