E	Eric Suh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and nice, but service is a bit questionable. I can't speak for dog-owners, but I took my cat in for a grooming at 11am with an appointment and didn't hear anything until 3pm. When I finally called to check in, they just started to work on him (coincidentally) and I brought him back 30 minutes later. That same evening, he started to scratch around his ears constantly to the point where he broke skin and started causing small cuts (even with nails trimmed). I contacted them immediately and they just said keep an eye on him and bring him in if it continues. Ended up bringing him back in 2 days latee and they said it was yeast infection. If a cat had no problems for 2 years and suddenly developed a symptoms right after grooming, it's pretty clear what the cause might be... but I'm on the hook for tests, medication and follow up. Ultimately, I had to pay a little over $400 and hours of waiting to have my cat suffer an ear infecrion.
A	Ann Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The hospital is nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and caring. You feel welcomed the moment you step into the place. My cat Wednesday loves the vet and the nurse too! Compared to my previous vet clinic, their costs were much more reasonable. Highly recommend people to bring the fur babies here ❤️

When booking our appointment, the technician informed us that we would only be charged for the vaccine with no additional charge. But after our 5 minute appointment they up charged us by three times the price and informed us there was nothing that could be done after the fact. Would advise to have any cost break downs in writing before hand as there were no complications in the process, just hidden fees by the clinic.
P	Pakray M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people here very compassionate. I have been very happy the level of care that I have been receiving here for my 7 pets. I had gone to a very cheap veterinary office before and I have been ripped off at super expensive ones as well; at Smith, I have been told prices in advance and those rates have been honoured, so I was able to save for none emergency procedures (example: my cat’s dental operation) for five months and then the quote from them was honoured by the Smith Veterinary Clinic. I have had 3 elderly dogs put down here, they were very professional. I have heard of horror stories out there when it comes to a sick dog. People were given unnecessary procedures, here though; I have seen time and time again that the priority have been given science and the pet’s quality of life. After bouncing around a few animal clinics, I am going to stay with Smith Veterinary Hospital.
K	Kristen C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely adore this place! My usual vet was too busy to take my in dog Tofu last minute and this place did not hesitate to accommodate for us. I am more than grateful for the staff and doctors who work here. You can really tell that they are passionate about what they do, by far one of the best veterinary hospitals I have been to. The doctor was very professional and took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my dog and she ensured that I was fully aware of every procedure that she performed on my dog. I was upset due to my dogs condition but the doctor tried to comfort me, which I really appreciated. On top of that she is not pushy when it comes to giving solutions and tries to offer multiple options to best accommodate me and my pets needs. They are helpful with answering all my questions whenever I give them a call. They also provided me with additional after hour numbers and emergency numbers. I would say that the price is on the more expensive side, but the doctor was upfront about all the costs and I believe its worth every penny you pay. After my visit I recieved 2 follow up calls to ensure that my dog was doing well, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a professional and compassionate place to take your pet. Would come back again!
D	Dank Mang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money-hungry and manipulative. I took my cat to another vet and paid 3x less than what they quoted me for the exact same service. I’ll never forget, right before I walked out the door of Smiths the vet technician said “are you sure you don’t want to get more tests done, he has a really bad heart murmur...”. It’s interesting she said that, since two other vets that I took my cat to right after didn’t hear a heart murmur. If you’re looking for a vet that cares more about the help they can provide to pets over the amount of billing they can do, go to a different vet.

They truly care about each pet in good times and are very sensitive and kind during sad times. We have been bringing our pets there for many years and will continue to do so for as long as we have pets. Thanks for the great service keep up the great work!!
R	Rachel Song on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this clinic. My lovely friend coco got super sick and we chose this vet clinic to get diagnosis. Dr Cox was very nice and smart. She listened our concerns and diagnosed her correctly in a short time. She gave me and my husband update very clear and we were able to start right treatment. I am so thankful for receptionist as well. When I called her on Wednesday afternoon, she listened and booked Coco right away. Thank you so much. You guys gave Coco more time to be with us. Coco unfortunately passed away but we are very thankful for everything you guys have done to her.
