★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, Ricky Chan my Reps, he is very knowledgeable. explain everything in detail for me in regards to my Brand New Q7 and the payment. he also very patient and keeping all his promises. the dealership and specially Ricky Chan was willing to go above and beyond to make the transactions and the transitions smooth without any hicks up.
On delivery/ Pick up day, Ricky explain everything in detail for all the feature in my Q7, how to connect to Audi apps, linked all the connections from my phone, Audi apps to the Q7 MMI system. After I pick up my Q7, A week later Ricky called me and asking about my experience with my new Q7, the after sales follow-up is excellent, just to make sure I understand the operational and all feature and functions on my new Q7 or if I have any questions related to my new Q7. Thank you Ricky.

James was very quick to address all the concerns I had with the car and helped me with negotiations with his manager. I truly felt like he was on my side throughout the whole transaction. Post sale, James went above and beyond in resolving some minor issues with delivery. Thank you for going above and beyond and continuing to help me even after the sale. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Audi Thronhill and Ricky Chan. Ricky was the sales and Audi brand specialist who I dealt with. He was very professional and he gave me a very good deal on our new 2022 Q7 that we got. He also evaluated my older Q7 with a high value that made me very happy.
I have to admit that the experience I had with Ricky and Audi Thornhill was way better and more professional than what I experienced with two other dealerships in town.
We are very happy now with our new Q7 and I definitely recommend Audi Thornhill and Ricky Chan for your new Audi purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a 2022 Q3 at Audi Thornhill last month. The car itself is great, so does the great service I have had with the salesman, Desmond Chan (Dilawri).
This is my first time driving an Audi and leasing a car, Desmond is super patient and continues to help me with the questions I came across throughout this month. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. :)
