★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Dave and Mazda of Toronto, and would blindly recommend them to anyone who wants their own Mazda vehicle.
From the moment we entered the dealership to the moment we drove off in our brand new Mazda3, Dave made sure that we were comfortable with all aspects of our purchase.
He made sure we knew all the different options we had, guided us towards the option he felt made most sense for us and made sure that we were able to receive our car on time in spite of the car shortages in North America.
I've had a horrible experience with the Mazda Airport dealership, so this was a hugely pleasant surprise, and I'm walking away very happy with the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 2009 Mazda 6 about two weeks ago and have been loving it ever since. Darren was diligent and helpful every step of the way, and was always able to provide reassurance and solutions whenever we needed it.
After the initial purchase of the vehicle, I noticed some things that I wasn't completely satisfied with, and Darren got in touch with the service department right away. Within the day, he was able to set it up so that I could bring the car back at my convenience for the necessary changes free of charge. This was done without any hassle, which demonstrated how much he and the dealership care about the satisfaction of their clients. Even a week after our purchase, he would answer my calls to make sure that I was taken care of.
I would also like to note that the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The main receptionist is very sweet and service department was wonderful. Bill from the service department went out of his way to video call me to make sure that I properly jump started my car after mistakenly leaving my lights on overnight. Vahid was also very communicative during the process of having my car serviced.
All in all, it was a great experience for someone who was purchasing her first car. I have always heard terrible stories of salespeople being dishonest and unprofessional, however my experience at Mazda of Toronto was amazing. I can understand why they are such a large and respected dealership to begin with. My family has never owned a Mazda, but I would definitely recommend it after this experience.
