He went back and forth, trying to squeeze the right deal for both, dealership as well as me. He was accommodative, receptive to my thoughts and was very understanding of what I was looking for. Appreciate his efforts and ensuring I didn't have to go anywhere else. Even on the delivery day, he was ready with everything in place. Thanks, been a pleasure interacting with Willowdale Nissan. The facility is clean and orderly, I have been going to this place for many years and when it is not covid time, I enjoy the coffee and treats while I wait. The parking lot is not great with inadequate place to park at times. Not sufficient spaces for handicapped persons. Snow removal could be improved. Service Personnel were polite and patient. However,in the sales department I was totally turned off by one of the sales reps who calls himself Uncle and could use some help re appropriate customer relations. He followed me around like a forlorn pup. Over selling only turns customers off. The trade in allowance he offered on my low mileage immaculate 2012 rogue was an insult! I sold it for 10,000$$ more than he offered. I was so turned off by his phony and insincere pitch that I purchased my new rogue elsewhere ,where I was treated respectfully and not talked down to . I believe that I was treated disrespectfully because I am a senior woman and he assumed that I knew little about cars. Surprise! This is a lady who does her homework.
