★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a vehicle from Roy Foss in 2018 and had a relatively good experience doing so. Recently, I have been trying to get some info about possibly getting back the remaining balance of some warranty that I had purchased on the vehicle since it was sold, which I was told by another dealer business manager that I was entitled to get back, and I’ve just been sent in circles trying to get a hold of anyone to give me a straight answer. I’ve called 2 different people who have not returned my call. Very frustrating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are experts when it comes to Electric car (Chevy volt 2018) servicing. I went to the local agency, and they didn't have technicians to work on electric cars so they recommended to come here or Erin mills Mississauga. Due to the complex nature of electric cars, Roy Foss charges $179/hr to work on electric cars, and Erin mills technicians charge $150/hr. Working with Sam as an advisor was great, I had a huge repair bill and he explained everything in detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a used “certified” vehicle from this dealer. Was assured we were covered with warranty if anything would happen to vehicle. The second this deal was done they were done with us. They lost the spare key to the car and lied to us regarding the replacement of it when we took possession of the vehicle and we had to get the keys remade on our own time. Was not a satisfying feeling knowing someone in their building has a key to our car and access to our address and information. Now after having this vehicle for under 400km not even three weeks the roof is leaking water in the headliner and dash of the car. They refuse to do anything about it claiming it’s not they problem. Again…THE ROOF IS LEAKING WATER INSIDE OF THE CAR! If their warranty doesn’t cover that, it literally is completely useless and only something they say to sell a car. Highly recommend staying away from this dealership. This issue is not covered by the manufacturer as they claim so we are stuck paying for a repair on a car that we’ve owned less than a month. What a joke.

Had to return the vehicle 2 weeks after I got it as there was an issue but they set up a loaner for me. Appreciated all the help they provided and am very happy with the new wheels.

Top notch dealer great customer service, no pressure even had a loner car for a few days. Mike is courteous, friendly and very accommodating. I picked up the car today very clean, full tank of gas. Roy Foss takes care of there customers!!!
