★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience at Assured Automotive. On two occasions I went to have repair work done to my vehicle. The manager, Brandon Inns was very respectful and helpful. This seems to be his nature and that is really good and commendable for any progressive company. Many times people complain only when things are not to their satisfaction but never commend others when they display good attitude and professionalism. I want to take this opportunity to tell you how grateful I am to find good and polite people like Brandon who is a good representation of Assured Automotive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place refused to give an estimate because as he was looking for ownership, which others didn't ask for he spotted another estimate on the front seat.
Since my neighbor is paying for the damage, I thought it would be fair to get two estimates.
The guy just mumbled that one estimate is enough and rudely walked away.
I guess they don't need business.
Good luck with this place.

Shavi kept me up to date weekly on thr progress. I would definitely use them again. Thanks for the great work on my car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front line customer service guys are so polite and they politely lied to me and politely cover all bad services in body shop for two month and finally I paid all their bad services and delays by my time and from my pocket and they would say just "Sorry". But "Sorry" never bring back my money and time.
Also, make sure to take all your belongings from your car, otherwise you wont see them again especially sun glasses.
I never ever come back to this body shop.
Too late. I had conversation with Vince, Ali, Phil, Nicky,....almost everybody in two month and I heard just " Sorry".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car in for repairs and Vince took good care of my car from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
He walked me through all the steps and whats involved with the repair. I was in and out of the bodyshop with a rental in no time. The service was fast and Vince communicated the status of my vehicle every stages of the repair. Great service and superb service advisor. Thank you Vince
