β β β β β Disappointed in the lack of communication. I called for an appointment last week. They scheduled me in. Today I came and they told me that they were fully booked. No call to tell me ahead of time. Wasted half an hour of gas to get here and will waste another to get back home.

Made an online appointment for change tires. Came 30 minutes earlier. Was told that they can't serve me today. Nobody bothered to call me to let me know that they are jammed. My day plans were ruined.

β β β β β I went to this location with what was looking like transmission issues on my Nissan Sentra 2015 and can only praise the Technicians that worked on the car. They made a better diagnostic on the car and replace broken spark plugs that were previously installed at a CDN tire shop few months back and even fix suspension issues I didn't even noticed. The car is running smoothly and way better than it was and the service was completed in half a day. Thx again to the Team at Active Green + Ross 19 Crestwood Road.

β β β β β The team at Active Green+Ross Thornhill has always pleased and impressed me. They take your car's needs seriously. They discuss liklihoods of consequences from not/doing certain maintenance. They enable me to make an educated decision when I am consenting to work being done. They never view it as a bother that I ask questions. They are present with you on the phone and in person and never give you the vibe your just one in a number. I continue to be pleased, impressed, and grateful for their dedication and service. I support anyone in the community to give them a try and evaluate for yourself. You'll not be disappointed I suspect.

β β β β β I have a lot of anxiety dealing with mechanic shops and vehicle maintenance because I haven't had great experiences in the past.
My experience here however, was absolutely fantastic. Fast, friendly, and professional. My husband was equally impressed. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here exclusively. Special thanks to Domenic and his mentor (sorry I didn't get your name!) for their help!
