★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my cars serviced at Tire Depot for the past 15+ years. During that time, I have never once had a bad experience. In particular, this shop has always been honest with me and have never done unnecessary services. In fact, on several occasions they have not charged me for minor repairs. I should add that I have an above-average knowledge of automotive systems along with a high-end OBD scanner.
While it's true that from mid-November until mid-December they are very busy doing tire changeover, they will normally give a reasonable estimated time frame to get your car back.
I will continue to use Tire Depot's services in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase a set of Michelin winter tires along with the whatever else they recommended. (just under $1700) I was referred to them by my father in law. After 4 weeks of using the tires, we were not satisfied with the performance and contacted them as they are an 'authorized dealer' and where we purchased the tires from. Having approval and a case number from Michelin to honour their Promise Plan and a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee, Tire Depot refused to complete the work order and wanted to charge us for the mounting that was covered under Michelin's policy. I will never come back here again nor recommend anyone to do so. Plenty of trustworthy tire dealers out there. Extremely disappointed considering the top notch recommendation i was given about this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had TD do a 4 LT tire changeover and they used a crazy amount of wheel weights and instead of putting my old tires in the bed of the pick up, like I asked, they were put in the back seat, covering it in snow and dirt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased tires for our cars for years from this location of Tire Depot. They are very competitive, and give great honest service. I highly recommend checking them out. I only had one issue when we drove away and the centre emblem of one of our rims came off, or we left that way, and they did not take responsibility. They were all there when we took the car in.
