Also thank you to Avrum who kindly showed us all of the storage units we were potentially interested in. He was also very helpful!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ * Great location - Highly recommend anyone who wants to store - If you are alone at this location it is "100% SAFE" - cameras on site also security patrolled at night. It is very safe for anyone at all times to move the items. 4 loading area's available - 4 elevators located inside the facility. When one loading area is busy you can use the other as all loading area's are connected (amazing).
Easy to move large furniture. Very secure and washrooms on site during business hours. We have many units at this site and will definitely recommend anyone for business or residential. Thanks Access Storage - 32 Doncaster Ave for great service and super customer service.

He also introduced me to a mover. Such great help as I am 7 month pregnant and need to move in about 2 months time. 5 stars. Thank you very much!

The utmost care and professionalism from staff ensures each customer gets individual attention.
The manager, Arnold is always around the corner providing all the assistance and clearing off my queries. It really helps in a smooth and fantastic customer experience. I really like to give a shout-out for the efforts they are putting in.
I would recommend the storage for the people who is looking out for an easy and safe experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and poor storage. Leaking storage and cause damage. I buy insurance every month from them and now they said no leaking no insurance claim after they asked to move my furniture from the leaking storage and let they fixed the leaking. After fixed the leaking they said no leaking.
yesterday the entrance gate broke down and the snow were not cleaned and it’s very high too. Then the big big moving company truck couldn’t go into the storage to load the furniture because of broken gate and high level of snow. Then I called Access storage in 32 Doncaster this morning, the staff call Peter said Gate wasn’t broke down and snow is just a bit higher after 2 days of big snow. . He delayed everything that were happened yesterday. Then I said I needed to talk to the supervisor, Peter said no supervisor in the site. Called back next week. I said today is Thursday why no supervisor on the site . Peter said called next week. I am very upset with them .
When I first rent the storage , everything looks good and nice. The staff will ask you to gave them a good review. However, when problems came, they do nothing to help you or try to solve the problems. When everything is ok, everything is good and fine. Then when problems come, customer can really see the true service of the storage and staffs’ attitude to the customer.
I paid $987 per month for the rent of the storage. I am very disappointed with the service.

Staff was incredibly helpful - go over and beyond there limits to accommodate and help every client. Very useful moving and packing supplies at the store.
Gated facility very clean and dolly's available on site for free. Very safe and secure environment for anyone one.
I will always recommend "Access Storage 32 Doncaster" to anyone who wants to store.
Manager Amer Nalim and Arnold Ouspeh They will take care of you, offer you the best deals and the best price in town.
You will never forget the amazing service from anywhere in the city.
