H	Harold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company! They were called to my condo to fix a sink faucet with hot water cross over. They insisted it wasn't the sink faucet causing the issue and changed the cartridge on my bathtub faucet. After changing the cartridge he realized the cross over was caused by the sink but didn't have the cartridge for it so he took pictures of it and left. In the end, he accomplished nothing but charged us for a bath cartridge, PPE and clean up. The worst part about it was that my bathtub was filthy after he was done with it and there definitely was no clean up as shown in the pictures. He also reinstalled the bathtub faucet crooked! Absolutely garbage company with no redeeming factors.

They charged me 4 times more than the approximate quote they gave me, even though they had seen the pictures and the inspection by the rep beforehand. It looked like taking advantage of people in need of service. I really don't want to have to deal with this company again.

A	Afrouz Vaezi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week ,one person came to unplug the toilet,i asked about the price,he told me that the total amount would be around 500 dollers, he gave us a bill for 528 dollers,but after a week i checked my visa balance and i found out ,that they charged me for the second time for 260 dollers more again ,for 10 minutes working They charge us about 1000 dollers, he didnt use any material and spare part,i dont recomend this company to any one
D	David Crichton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete total rip off. Work completed was ok, but the cost of materials was 3 or 4 times what you'd pay retail. Stuck with an inflated bill. $10 charge for the plumber to call me. $18 to use a saw-zall. Unbelievable.

First, they didn't say they will charge $200 for sending a guy to take a look. Second it is super overpriced. Do not trust the building manager. Search for other company. They must have some kind of deal with the building managers.

I had to use these guys because my condo manager recommended them. But take my advice and don't waste your time and money with this company. Terrible terrible terrible company, extremely overpriced, very rude techs, the manager doesn't care about customer service. The quality of their work is horrible. Everytime they've come to my unit they've caused more damage and they don't take responsibility. Avoid this business
