β β β β β I purchased my first car in Canada at this place. What an amazing experience. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Specially Masoud, our sales representative, gave me a good advice and guided me through the steps and explained all the details. Even when I received my car he told me everything which is important for a new driver to drive a car in Canada. Highly recommend Thornhill Hyundai for who wants to purchase a vehicle.

β β β β β This is the Great place to buy your first car in Canada! The showroom is big and clean. I would like to appreciate and thank Masood who was my sales representative. He had good knowledge and was very approachable. He even suggested few essential accessories since I was 1st time car buyer.

β β β β β I got a Hyundai Elantra from this showroom my sales rep was Mohsin Sheikh. I am really happy with the service and deal that i got from the company and Mohsin was really a great help. He made the whole experience very customer focused. His knowledge of the vehicles, options, and approach to the whole buying process was outstanding. Would highly recommend both Mohsin and the Thornhill Hyundai for your car buying needs.

β β β β β Recently purchased a used car from Thornhill Hyundai. Salesman was pleasurable and the vehicle was priced competitively so we negotiated and came to an agreement to buy the car. Part of that agreement were items to be done to the car prior to pick up. These items were verbally discussed with the salesman, most minor but one major being servicing the brakes to eliminate the thumping occurring when applying them. Upon pick up there was no service done on them to remedy the problem. The only βserviceβ was that they passed a safety inspection. They still thumped when the car was driven home. I tried contacting the salesman and sales manager numerous times with text messages and phone calls over many days to arrange a day to have them fixed . No one ever answered their phone or returned voicemail messages I left. Brakes still thump and a paint issue that we asked to have buffed out was never taken care of. ether We were also given key fobs and told the battery was dead in one the other was about to die! DO NOT trust anything said verbally at this dealership. Get everything written down on the sales contract or better yet, just shop elsewhere. Will never shop there again and definitely not recommending anyone else purchase from them either.

Making an appointment for Service was a breeze using the dealership website. I recieved a call to remind me of the appointment and was in and out in a breeze.

β β β β β I'm not the person who normally shares my experience in Google, but this time, there was no any feedback survey from Hyundai about my recent visit, so, I would like to share it here.
I used to live in Barrie and Huntsville, and I've never experienced this bad from Hyundai.
I don't know his name but the staff who spoke with me was kind.
Thanks to him, I've got spring promo, and I could get discount for swapping my tire and changing engine oil. I was satisfied with the promo.
After finishing the service, I felt my car engine was louder than before. I drove to home anyway. I thought it was just engine oil was filled too much. HOWEVER, when I opened the hood, I realized the engine lid was not closed and the lid was stuck besides the hood catch.
The oil was spread all over my engine because I drove to home, and I never thought that Hyundai would have made such a basic mistake.
Fortunately, I drove only a short distance, but I might have been burned by the hot engine oil while driving, or I might have lost the parts because it fell off while driving.
Even though Hyundai charges more expensive for a service than other small auto shops, the reason why I always visit there is I think it's reliable. However, this experience feels like I wasted my money.
The nearest Hyundai from my house is Thornhill, so I'm planning to visit again next time anyway, but I hope that the money I pay to Hyundai is more valuable and reliable than I pay to other auto shops next time. If the service is not better than others, do you think I should visit again and pay more money?

We purchased our first car in Canada at this place, and Onur Onder, our sales representative, guided us through all the steps and explained all the details. He was nice and easy to communicate. They were kind enough to meet our budget and deliver our car right on time. Highly recommend Thornhill Hyundai for who wants to purchase a vehicle !
