This service department is run by a bunch of lazy, bad service oriented, unknowledgeable and unreliable individuals. Never could reach them on the phone and have to wait for them to call back. I guess they forgot that I am the customer and should be treated in a timely manner. Their rental agency is even worse. They always find ways to charge you extra for no reasons. I will take my car elsewhere for service next time where there are PROFESSIONALS working. If you need your MB serviced. Don't bring it here and save yourself from all the frustrations. BE FOREWARNED.

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. From start to finish, the experience was incredible! I have always dreaded purchasing a new vehicle...not anymore. I was fortunate enough to have Adrian Alecu, as my consultant. He was highly professional, patient, available and most importantly...there was never a moment where I felt pressured or under stress. I can't say enough about how I was treated-always with respect and appreciation. No matter who I was introduced to, or who I dealt with throughout the process...I felt truly comfortable and valued. From the first contact over email, to the moment I drove out of the parking lot with my dream car..top notch service. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this dealership to family and friends, and I am definitely a lifetime client.

Their parts department is good. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. One of their staff member Luis is great man and always willing to help. He even recognize my voice whenever I call him on the phone.

Brought in my 2001 Mercedes to Thornhill dealership - convertible wouldn’t open. Car is only worth $5000 but is invaluable to me - dreamt of owning a convertible since I was a kid. Usually take to a great mechanic in Stouffville but he doesn’t β€œdo” convertible tops. So to the dealership I went. Mercedes Thornhill charged $400+ to tell me that it will cost $4,500 to fix. I was gutted! No sense in fixing so decided to sell. Took my sweet car to fix the seat before selling - motor was at end of life. Bought motor for $200 and $200 (all in) to fix. Went to my mechanic in Stouffville to fix - he was as gutted as I was to hear about the cost of fixing the roof. When I returned to pick up my car, the roof was down and fully functional. Said he β€œhad to take a look (for me)”. Sensor was off kilter and some screws needed tightening. Free of charge. Apparently my smile made his day. Mercedes Thornhill should be ashamed. Cost me $400+ to be swindled.

I had a very easy and happy experience with Mohammad Maysam who was helping us in the purchase of our new car. His friendly approach, punctuality, and attention to the details are very much appreciated! Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely make us come back again!

Poor customer service. I have a computer glitch, which prompts me to stop the engine all the time. My car has no mechanical issues and I have been driving with this glitch for over 3 months without any technical problems. When I asked Mercedes service to look at it, they suggested it requires a full diagnostic and a hefty fee. I asked Mercedes Canada and got no replies either. Definitely not buying it again and not recommending to anyone. Customer service is very important and you expect something with a luxury brand like Mercedes.

Great environment to get a new car. Extremely professional and helpful staff and sales reps. I have been their client for the past 10 yrs, currently my fourth car with them, and I’ve always been satisfied with the level of care and attention I received from everyone there. Highly recommend.

1 star too many. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!!! I left C250 here for service, and after FOUR, yes FOUR months of waiting I'll be picking it up today. The service staff are untrustworthy. They will tell you anything to buy time. The management simply doesn't care about anything but milking you for every penny. 4 months. I actually had to buy a new car because I was missing work. It wasn't worth it at the end to take them to court but one day, I hope someone does. The repair will cost me 2500$ at no discount...they will sham you with a "vintage" discount of %15 but for the inconvenience, being unprofessional, and all the financial hardships they put on you which includes insurance coverage while they toy around with you, taxi costs, NEW CAR cost, all of this, and no discount. There isn't a single word in the dictionary worthy of what it's like to deal with them. All I can say is drive an extra 10-20 minutes and take your car to another dealership to avoid what has really messed up my life for the past four months, the Mercedes Thornhill Service department.
