He was easy to deal with, straightforward, and really made us feel he had our best interests at heart when guiding us toward the right vehicle for our family. He was also very patient with us in answering all of our questions (and trust me, I had many). Since placing our order, he has maintained communication with us in regards to the status of our order. He was able to locate a vehicle for me in a short time, and at a comparable rate with my existing vehicle. All the trade-in documents were prepared and professionally taken care of. I am very happy with the experience.

We will certainly refer him to our friends if or when they decide to buy a Volvo. Our only concern was our meeting with the financial agent. We felt somewhat pressured to make a quick decision about extra warranty coverages. We would have liked to get more time to think about these offers before having to make any choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can honestly say Volvo Villa operates with integrity. From the beginning when I met Boris and we discussed trading in my car for a new car, I felt he was honest with me and fair. Boris took the time to explain the process and was in my opinion very transparent. My last-minute changes must have created chaos for Boris and his team but they were extremely professional about it.
Fast forward to 3 weeks after I took ownership of my new car and some technical issues came up with the software on the vehicle I was put in touch with Volvo Villa's Service department. Again I can confirm they operate with the utmost integrity. Today I picked up my car and even though not all the issues have been resolved the customer service has been outstanding.
You will be in great hands if you choose Volvo Villa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boris was very easy to deal with and he offered good incentives within his ability. I love the car and the features are really family oriented. The delivery was also an amazing experience. I’ve never had any dealership delivered a vehicle the way Volvo did. Not sure if this is a new thing but definitely went beyond my expectations at the delivery. Very pleased with the car and the service received.

The Finance Manager, Lawrence, was also very nice. Had good conversations with him and was given honest advice.
Met with Delivery Specialist Roy when I picked-up my car. He was also friendly, honest, and thorough.
Great team and experience purchasing my first Volvo. I'll return to this dealership again.
