★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamal did a great job on both my Porsche and my Mercedes. The Mercedes needed a new water pump and we replaced the thermostat at the same time. Workmanship was excellent and professionally done. He is an honest person and tells you exactly what needs to be done and why. Also tells you what the cars don’t need. Repair fees are very reasonable ( much less than dealer quoted). Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience all around! My 2015 BMW needed new brakes, and I decided to give Jamal at J-Pro a chance, based on the glowing Google reviews. I'm glad I did. His pricing is competitive, he has quick access to OEM and OEM-equivalent parts, and his service is top notch. Jamal went out of his way to clean/grind the car's hubs thoroughly before installing the new rotors, updated me with pictures while the work was being done, and did an all around great job. I will definitely be back with this vehicle and the other European vehicles in our household!

Communication was straight forward, pricing was very fair and the job was completed quickly with no drama. Would come for service again.

Tire change service was not good. He didn't take any care with the screws that were black, and now you can see that they are scratched. I didn't know the specific wrench for the screws, and he started telling me that I had to buy one to get it. on summer tires he did not write which was the front and rear wheel, nor the right or left. The man who attended me was not very nice. I don't go back there to change tires.

They gave me the most clear, detailed, yet easy to understand explanation of the issues on the vehicle. They are also very professional and non-judemental. They are so helpful, and super efficient. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you guys!
