Mediocre experience. Refused to budge even $1 on price, even though they made me wait all day for their mechanic to redo a safety because he made a mistake. Wasting an entire afternoon is worth something - I bet if I wasted an afternoon of their time, it would cost me! Mediocre service but I like my car, even though I had a mechanic look at it and they had to replace all the bulbs because they were wrong (basically the mechanic put whatever bulbs he had on hand, instead of taking the time to get the right ones). A sign of laziness although minor.

I went to legacy motor cars after searching online for a week or so. I bought a white cavalier with only 1000 down. It was easy, affordable and i kid you not, i have put not one penny in to repairs. 2 years running still a great car. Thanks Alex. I will be back!!! :)

Alex had mentioned that he had put "new" tires and brakes before I took delivery of the car. I believed him in good faith, but after checking recently, I realize that the tires were from 2013 on a 2018 car. Also when I thought I had issues with my clutch within a couple of weeks of buying the car, they refused to answer.

Bought a car a year ago. It was a model that I liked and was looking for. I dealt with Marty Steinhouse and I regret it. While the guy was knowledgeable about the buying process and finance, the car definitely was overpriced and under-repaired. A year after, and the same amount I paid for the car in repairs, the car still have issues. And also, don't buy the Lubrico warranty. Even if you buy the most expensive one, still 99% of the issues not covered. Would not recommend to buy from Legacy Motor Cars again.

My name is Richard. I am the new owner of Legacy Motor Cars. I have been affiliated with the car business for over 30 years involved in collector and rare automobiles. Legacy Motor Cars has undergone a full renovation and welcome all to come and visit to see the change that has occurred. Our new policy is based on honesty, integrity and financial responsibility to to past customers who have experienced less than that, I apologize. If you have been honestly wronged in the past let us try to show the difference and provide the sales and service that will want you to come back, time and time again. Come by and have a coffee and see the changes in quality of inventory and our showroom.

I live in the neighborhood and like to stop by once or twice a year to check out inventory. Since they changed owners 4 years ago this place is a joke(except they painted the walls and floor). Inventory has not changed and prices keep going up. They had a London Cab for $22,000 and now a year later for $45,000. All cars are up in value. The must think everybody except them is stupid or they are trying to pull off an insurance scam. What a shame i miss the old Legacy and there fine properly priced vehicles. Dont waist you time here.

I made a formal offer for a London Taxi listed on their web site and elsewhere at $22k. The offer was rejected and the Manger explained that the owner had changed his mind and didn’t want to sell them. I asked the manager to contact me if they were for sale in the future. About a month later I emailed to remind him contact me if the vehicles were again listed for sale. I recently visited their web site and now note London Taxis both for sale at $45k. Not sure wether this was an attempted bait and switch, poor pricing/business practices, dishonesty or ineptness but these people are clearly bad news in any event. They haven’t responded to me or bothered to fabricate a plausible explanation. Fair warning to future customers... deal with them at your own peril !

Please be fair warned!!! I found a "perfect" family car at Legacy Motor Cars in July 2017. Alex made my wife and I very comfortable by telling us that the vehicle was checked "bumper to bumper." Approximately four weeks after our purchase, I noticed the engine oil was low so I brought the vehicle in somewhere locally for an oil change. The technician noticed that the right front brake caliper was missing a carrier bolt, the oil drain plug was stripped, and there was oil leaking from head gasket. He also mentioned that there may be a possible steering rack leak as well. My question is how did the car pass safety? I contacted Legacy Motor Cars to see if they could do anything for me and I was essentially told "tough luck, no warranty, call the government!" I am extremely disappointed with Legacy Motor Cars. This is not right. No one should be treated this way, let alone purchase a vehicle checked "bumper to bumper" like the way this place does. If this can be any indication for future buyer's, then buyer beware! So much for the "perfect" car.
