I'm an avid adventurer and already put 3000km on the SUV within the first 3 weeks of having it, haha. I've been in to see Jason (Markos Automotive on the same lot) for a few minor repairs that were completely covered by my warranty; he is so thorough and always tells me everything about what they're doing. We got a Mazda3 2011 and used it a lot for trips around Ontario in the last 2 months - it runs like a charm. Top notch customer service, always reliable and on time, I really feel that you cannot get a better bang for the buck. The fact that the car is thoroughly checked and serviced before you get it, even registered with licence plate etc. is just amazing. I was worried about the brakes of our car when first looking at it - at the time of purchase they were all replaced with new ones. So again, thank you Frank, you guys rock!

Like any used vehicle there will be problems here and there, Chris and crew get TOP MARKS for how they've treated me and my issues as the customer - Chris even provided me with a few replacement parts, which was way above and beyond what was required. Would buy another car for sure from these guys, it's a tough business, they truly seem to want to do their best to make sure the customer is happy.
