After we bought the engine light came on and we took it back and it was fixed at no cost. Amazing. No hassle. No worries from our experience.
N	Nick Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware: I was ready to pay cash for an escalade however because im out of province and therefore was not able to inspect it myself I had hired a 3rd party mechanic to perform an Ontario inspection on the vehicle and it did not pass. This is fine as I have no problem paying for the repairs if the dealer was open to price negotiation, however the dealer cut me off mid sentence and said "There is no negotiation of price" even while knowing the vehicle would not pass an Ontario provincial inspection. I was not expecting a massive price reduction, just enough to cover the cost of the vehicle repairs needed to make it road safe but like I said he did not care and was not interested in budging even a little bit. So long story short, I did not buy the vehicle as is because it was not road safe and the dealer would not help accommodate to make the vehicle road safe. I would highly recommend getting a provincial inspection of the vehicle you're looking to purchase performed to make sure it is safe before buying from this dealer. Take this write up however you like, this is just my experience & will be looking to buy somewhere else.

It was smooth deal for the used Elantra 2018, but it’s more than “being used” cuz I feel like it’s brand new. They made the car like new for me and no problem had been shown. Friendly staffs and dealer. Highly recommended!

Why? - Personnel is straight, no pushy (that's very rare in dealerships), professional, they don't waste your time. The process of car buying was easy and non oppressive. - They respond you fast. Mr. Raza take care of you. He seems being involved to every car purchase and he remember about small details, and small repairs to prepare the car for the client very well. - The financing department works well. I haven't the best credit score, but Emad helpt me to find reasonable financing bank. - After 72 hours of paying the deposit, the car was ready. Every little repair was done. They made it sparkle. Outside and inside it looked like a brand new. I had the feeling like I pick up totally new car. That feeling was great. I'm a new happy owner of Audi A4 2012 quattro. I'm just after a weekend of testing it. Thank you guys for your help. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Peter Gorniak

The employees were very helpful during my visit and were able to answer all the questions I had. Their selection of cars if fantastic and I doubt you will find better prices elsewhere. It's a very honest dealership and they also did a proper safety certification on my Hyundai Veloster (replaced all 4 disc brakes and pads, oil change, etc) and they even offered to touch up 1 other area I was concerned about free of charge after the sale was done. I strongly recommend visiting Auto Epix I could not be more satisfied with the car I purchased from them and the prices are fantastic!
d	dylan Cudmore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!! Bought a Hyundai off them about a week ago and they had said they were going to touch up the rims and have the car full detailed. Already today I noticed all the spots they had supposedly “touched up” were now visible again and the paint (or whatever they used) came off. Then when I first got in the car I didn’t notice, but when I started really looking around the car I noticed a lot of areas that hadn’t been cleaned properly. Finally, dealing with them was just ok, definitely not a good experience.

I am truly grateful for their service and dedication. The dealership was very accommodative with meeting times and always answered all my questions in details to help me make an informed decision. The approval process was very quick, and as we had agreed, they took care of all the mechanical issues and more. I can honestly say they have your best interest in mind and without a doubt, I would buy another vehicle from them.
