★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was such a pleasure dealing with Oscar, he was able to get us the truck of our dreams. It was a bit of a wait, but we understand that was out of their control. But any question or concern Oscar was always available and present to help us. The whole process from beginning to end was different than any other dealership we’ve dealt with in the past. I would definitely recommend Yorkdale Ford, more specifically to deal with Oscar.

He was very thorough upon delivery by going through the features with me and making sure things like blue tooth, apple car play and my ford pass were all connected and working correctly before we left the lot.

Got my car in the next day and completed the work the day after. Super friendly. Took time to help me understand what needed to be replaced and didn’t make me feel stupid or rushed. Definitely making this my regular dealership. Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to 3 different mechanics to diagnose a issue I had with my 12 year old truck and only this Ford service centre was the only shop that was able to figure it out and successfully fix my issue. I just want to thank Tony (technician) who spent the whole day figuring out what the issues was and Anna/Jennifer for coordinating. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit here and highly recommend to bring your vehicle here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased a 2022 Ford Explorer. My sales person was Gary. The experience I got from Gary was top notch. The awards and trophies in his office are definitely indicative of his knowledge. He spent most of the day with me trying vehicles to ensure I was getting what I wanted and what was comfortable for me. He was patient and able to answer all questions I had no matter how simple or complex. It’s tough finding a dealership that doesn’t rush you out or treat you as a number. I will definitely be dealing with them again.
