★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They store my tires and are easy to deal with for seasonal changes. They did a routine maintenance at the same time. Easy peasy.
Don’t bother speaking to the chat box outside of business hours though. Although I gave full details to the operator, I ended up having to call the shop and do go through it all again.p to make the same appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made the service appointment online and got a call to confirm the next business day. They put on my winter tires and did an oil change and the usual inspection. At 10 years old the vehicle needed some other maintenance as well. The visit cost me more than I thought because of this maintenance but I didn’t want to replace the vehicle. Chris was friendly and polite and gave me two follow up calls while they were working on it. I would go back for service there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle was towed to this dealer after a break down. It was assessed promptly and I was then given an estimate for the work required (the estimate remained the same for the final bill). The repairs were carried out the same day and I was back on the road in a matter of hours. Shout out to Anne for keeping in constant contact with me throughout the process with her regular updates, I really appreciated it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first experience with an American brand vehicle, and I must say it’s been the worst one!
Total miscommunication, false promises, three defect rims and the list goes on and on and on.
Those brand new defect rims which I bought from Yorkdale Ford gave me 3 flat tires overnight; I missed my work that day and had to take Uber to work for a couple of days to address the issue in the meantime.
They also lost my own spare tire bolts!
The best part is I contacted the dealership’s Service Manager with absolutely no “positive” results!
I also called the Ford of Canada customer relationship centre and spent over 40 minutes explaining the situation. They promised to get back to me, but I haven’t heard back from them since!

Folks need to seperate the manufacturing from the service team.
I haven't seen people care this much in a long time.
Irrespective of my issues with ford / Mustang.. I would service ANY car here 10/10 times.
