The work they did was absolutely impeccable... the car (7 years old) looks and runs like it just came out of a showroom! Plus, they delivered it back to me with a thorough cleaning inside and out, which I had not asked for, nor expected. And all at price that was also unexpectedly reasonable. Graf was originally recommended to me by a regular customer of theirs, and his recommendation was 100% accurate. These people are honest, reliable, and their work is absolutely top-notch.

Many years ago one of the TV stations was doing a test on garages to see which knew what they were doing and how honest they were. Graft Auto Centre was at the top of the list in both. I kept the name, number and address in a very safe place. Being a woman and not knowing about cars made it difficult to walk into a garage that I can trust. At the time I was using a mechanic that my brother-in-law uses so he might be able to tell if they are really going overboard with the diagnosis. It was quite a distance for me and not very convenient. My brother is a mechanic in New York and I usually discuss with him when something doesn't feel right about my car and not surprisingly Graf Auto comes back with the same diagnosis as my brother every time. I am so happy I changed garage and wish I had done it sooner. I mostly deal with Rudy because it's usually for mechanical problems. Almost every time I go there I tell him about my trust and faith in them knowing it would not be abused. If you are looking for a Garage and want peace of mind I assure you it would only take one visit and they will become your mechanic. One can't ask for more than they give you, THE BEST! Zara Sophia

It's the only place I can depend on as a female - Im constantly terrified of being taken advantage of by mechanics. It's happened before. But with graf, what they say, is what is going on. Rudy- my experience with him was great! Awesome, helpful, straight shooting guy. Chris- great mechanic too, he's the best! Prices are fair.

Rudy can be a bit rough sometimes but overall he tries his best. Herb is very nice. He has done very body work on my cars over the years.

They actually fix your car, not just parts replacers like many many other repair shops. Also a couple of fun characters they both are including the friendly and fun office manager Penny. Sadly i have now moved to montreal and have been unable to find any shop similar.

Rudy and Herb are so honest, trustworthy and fair its beyond words. For the recent issue with our truck, because its only 5 years old, we assumed working with the dealership was what we should do. They tried but could not resolve the issue. We took it to Rudy and his passion in finding out the problem proved, as usual, to do the trick. He and his team really worked hard on our mystery issue and we can once again use our truck with confidence that it won't let us down.
